Keeper had one hand on it when Cadden kicked it, referee deemed keeper had ball under his control. Debatable.

That's still the sort of luck you get when you're on a good run, though. Every team has days where they're all over the opposition but the ball just isn't going in the net. When their luck's in, they get a dodgy penalty instead. When it's not, the other team nips up the park and scores with their only shot of the game.

Went for Dunne, classy defensive performance even though a lot of his distribution was still mince. Bowman did pretty well when he came on, and thought McHugh had one of his better games recently too.

Indeed, you never know which players will make the transition well. But it sounds like it's something he's been keen to do for quite a while, so at least he has that going for him. (Cf. Faddy, the most unlikely assistant manager the club will likely have for a while.)
