By far the worst refetee in Scotland. Had dealings with him when I was involved with the Juniors, he was bad then and hasn't improved any. The fact that his talk with his linesmen amounts to "You're there to tell me when the ball goes out" sums the guy up. Oh and 3 times Davidson leads with his elbow right under his nose and he doesn't even talk to him wtf!!!!

Spot on Grew, ironic that we've had 3 crosses into the box in the last two games and Sutton has put two of them away and narrowly missed the other one (header in the first 10 mins v Ross County). If we can get in behind defences and get the ball across goal then the big man will put them away all day long, playing balls straight at his head at 50mph does not work.

Chat in the VP club today was that an announcment was going to be made monday morning.

I'm willing to give the players the benefit of the doubt and put at least some of our poor form down to events happening off the field having an unsettling effect. I know it shouldn't and players managers in the past in similar situations have come out and said it doesn't affect them but I'm not convinced. Then again maybe I'm just being over generous to our current squad.

How can a team perform like they did against Celtic then give two performances like that. Confidence should have been high after taking 4 points from two games.

Why? McCall has already said that he is going so that he can have a look at him, if he doesn't measure up to his standards then he aint goin to sign him. He might have shown enough in training for McCall to want to have a closer look ,thats all. Alan Stubbs said that he had over 100 agents on the phone to him offering players within 1 day of being appointed so I would like to think that after hanging up on him one of the next people they phoned was McCall offering him the same players. He's made one mistake since becoming our manager (Daley) and one other that might turn out to be a mistake (Lawson) so I think he's done enough over the course to prove he knows a player that would fit into our squad when he sees one. People gettin their knickers in a twist over nothing.

Agree, my idea of analysis is not "talk us through the goal then", "Well he picked the ball up in his own half, played it out wide and met the cross and put it into the net" . People are actually getting paid big bucks for that kind of drivel ( that's when they actually describe it as eloquently as that) At least Match Of The Day gives their viewers some credit that they can actually understand basic tactics I suppose.
