  1. Not missed the point at all, yes we were poor on numerous occasions last season but we scored goals rode our luck and won games and did it consistently enough to finish best of the rest for the 2nd year running, 3 if you count the 3rd place behind Sevco. So having been the top end of the table for a few years and only losing one player in Hutchinson (not counting Faddy as he was brutal last season), then most if not all well fans would have predicted more of the same this term. How many people were on this forum in August predicting us as relegation strugglers (apart from MJC and Steelboy) nobody. So our complete and utter shambles of a season so far is a shock to me and i am sure many other fans feel the same.
  2. Nobody remembers how well teams did or did'nt play it's scoring more goals than your opponents that count. I would settle for another performance like that against Untd on Saturday, 90 + minutes of backs to the wall defending, not losing any goals and scoring a winner in injury time

FFS the pant wetting is reaching Tsunami levels tonight..yes we are feckin pish just now, but do i think we will go down no i dont. There are still 48 points to play for we wont finish any lower than we are now so gies peace with all this " we are relegated already " pish.
  4. Dundee untd make a few quid on some of their better prospects because they have them tied down on log contracts from an early age by paying good wages. So if they get a big move ie gauld etc they can demand a decent transfer fee. We as a club are skint only enough cash for modest wages, short contracts so we have nothing to sell.
  5. What a load of pish...if we stay up then its because we earned the right to, ie not finishing lower than 10th. So dry your eyes and start supporting the team.
  6. Looking at the results in the previous 2 games you would think we ran Celtic close but the reality is we should have been been beaten by a lot more. We are feckin shit just now and i can see nothing other than another defeat. But that said we need to get points from somewhere so why not tomorrow night our luck needs to change at some point, it would be a coupon buster but i would love us to pump that mob in their own midden. Might check the odds for Pearson 1st goal and well to win 1-0.
  7. Correct, able to grow them but they look ridiculous, more bother than they are worth. so clean shaven and smooth gets my vote every time
  8. Was ok for a beer before the game, good atmosphere at times with away fans in as well (the blue and green ugly sisters excepted) so will be a shame to see it go. But i don't think it has been viable for years, so i am not surprised.
  9. No they don't all they do is make you look like a trainee Jihadi, facial hair is wrong
  10. Its been struggling for years..surprised it has lasted this long.
  11. For park is a shite hole but its ours its got the old and the new the only unfinished main stand in the country unique in UK football. For all its faults its got character and I am sure every fan has their own memories of it good times and bad. So I would hate to be sitting in a new out of the box souless stadium ,no memories no character, no history so as limited as it is and with all its faults I hope we are there for years to come
  12. Not sure how I will cope with the strange feelings tomorrow, Saturday night and no Well defeat to worry about.
  13. Just watch the higlights of the league game up at mcDiarmid park, you will get all the opinions you need on Neilsen, he is a bombscare, Hollis was keeping him out of the team FFS.
  14. Was never a prolific striker but he is a lot quicker and more mobile than Sutton, so he would be more of a threat up front. But if he signs for United its a stick on he will score against us in a couple of weeks, as we have a nasty habit of making ordinary teams and players look like the worlds best when they play against us.
  15. He is a decent player, and would do a turn for us, however if any other clubs are interested then he won't be joining us as we are skint. But if there is no interest then any wage is better than none, so who knows.
  16. After recent results, its hard to be positive and see anything from the players to suggest we will improve. But we need to pick up points quickly so i am going for a narrow win ugly 3 points for the good guys.
  17. Current form..?? They are as bad as us just now, that's the only glimmer of hope we have this season St Mirren and county are even worse than us. But we need to pick up points where we can any way we can our goal this season is to finish where we are now
  18. I would punt Lawson 1st at least Vigurs manages to play a few games, Lawson has never been fit to play since we signed him
  19. From the players we have available i would put Ramsden in the centre next to O'Brien with Reid at right back ( he was feckin woeful in midfield, totally lost) and Hammell on the left (assuming they are all fit) thats about as good as we can get just now . After yesterdays performance, Kerr should never get near the team again.
  20. Even by your standards that is utter bollocks, away and have a good look at yourself ya fud.
  21. Agree with most of that apart from your opinion on Ojamma, he was the only one in the team that looked a threat today, until Thomas came on. Spot on re Kerr and Reid both of tbem should be dumped asap both are well out of their depth. As for Ainsworth, yes he is a lazy Bar steward but he has the ability when he puts his mind to it so if Barraclough can get him to up the effort we might see something from him this season
  22. I tend to agree with that, this season is a right off so I would be happy finishing 10th, but there are still enough points on offer for us to aim for as high as we can. Maybe not top six but top of the bottom six.
  23. Its about time these feckers were slapped down a bit so i hope we get right in about them from the kick off. Given our current form though i think we might struggle but even though Aberdeen are the 2015-16 champions league winners elect they dont score a lot if goals. So if we can keep it tight and the players turn up and look interested we might get something from the game, big ifs i know but never say never.
  24. To be fair to Reid he did enough for the 4 or 5 months after he came in last January to earn his contract. Granted since then he has been pish but that said would have him in the team before Kerr, Ramsden or ZFA.
