Fair enough if there are more ST holders but the basic point is still valid, the ballot should only be for them
-
Bollocks , fans who can afford the cash up front for a ST should always have 1st shout at tickets, they are the ones committing , especially when the numbers are limited as they are now due to covid. Under normal circumstances there will never be any need for ticket ballots to see Motherwell so everybody who wants one will get one, but until restrictions are lifted, needs must. As for the fans who can't afford the full ST cost but patg each game they are not taking the same risk as ST holders, as if they miss a game for whatever reason they don't lose out financially. So if we are only allowed 2k fans into the game and we have 2K ST holders its a no brainer who gets the tickets.

He thinks the response to the black kit has been "overwhelmingly positive across all platforms" but for me I agree with you it's horrible
-
The 1920-24 and the 1994-95 kits on that list would make great away strips, especially the 1920's one with some minor tweaks to bring it up to date.
-
We've had some pretty grim black kits over the years, never understood why the club thinks they show a connection to Motherwell. This new one is bad but not quite up to the strip we had for Skippy Sunday that was champions league standard honking
-
That about sums it up for me as well, the stripe free section in the middle is a mile out, plus no claret, so for me it's hideous, but as I don't buy the the new strips it's no issue, no doubt lots of others will like it.
-
Why not, its not a lot of money for a decent player, plus we have made a few million in transfer fees in recent years so I doubt the club is as skint as we all think it is, also why would QPR tell lies, if its not that amount, £300k is spare change for a club their size.

Motherwell has a good record of looking after injured players out long term, only time and lots of game time will determine if Donnelly and Grimshaw or any player is able to get back to where they were, so they will get their chance when they are ready, hopefully it will work out for them.
-
Took one for the team, aka a professional foul so by definition a bad tackle, his discipline record doesn't lie a player booked that often is a liability in a team these days.
-
OK then, the SFA and the FA make it easy for you to grasp the concept, so premiership is better than championship, which is better than league 1, which is better than league 2 etc etc, take 5 mins and get your head round it.

Finding players at a good Fitness level or getting them to that point is the easy bit. Trying to combine that with proven ability or the potential to step up in ability in a better league to go with the Fitness is the challenge for every Louis Moult there are 4 or 5 Sherwin Seedorfs.

That was old school tracking back then less noticible, no WiFi or mobile signals to annoy you

Seems to be more than a rumour, he's been at Fir Park for talks apparently, GA keen to work with him again, the article is a week old but he is a free agent as of 1/7 so who knows https://www.iron-bru.co.uk/exclusive-motherwell-join-race-for-kvv/

Especially spelt that way they won't

It's the Motherwell way, nearly every season feeling excited and optimistic in August, despairing at how bad we are and wanting rid of the useless summer signings in December and then relieved and satisfied when we either rally and finish top six or avoid relegation in May. All part of the roller coaster that is being a well fan.
-
1st pre season friendly or not, the defending looked very suspect, but probably down to playing a different team each half, I don't see how you can judge a player properly with that approach.
-
*Sherwin seedorf, *Rob maaskant, *Rob Matthaei We have had a few Dutch exclusions over the years.

Apparently Former Rangers midfielder Jamie Ness, was one of the trialists playing against Dumbarton today https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2021/06/26/former-rangers-midfielder-reunited-with-manager-after-joining-spfl-side-on-trial-report/

I have no doubt Patterson will have a good future in the game, but so far he has only had about 8 1st team starts, and if he was at any other club than Rangers he would have been nowhere near the Euro squad, the only people shouting about him are the blue ugly fans and the compliant and biased West of Scotland media who think Rangers and their players can do no wrong.

Is it no a bit early in the day to be drinking

To be fair Lewandowski scored 2 and had chances to win it for Poland, but I take your point, a goalscorer for Scotland with a fraction of his talent would be a step in the right direction, but finding a player like that is another matter.
-
Found his Level, wonder if his Missus will be running a shitehole comparison series of tweets Motherwell or Kilmarnock
-
Totally agree That's the fundamental issue with Scotland, no goalscorer, most of the goals Scotland score are against the dross teams, like San Marino, Gibraltar and the like and even then its maybe only 1 or 2 when the better teams are hitting 5 and 6. The whole setup at the SFA is a shambles, Clarke is getting praise for doing a good job, when in reality he is tactically clueless. We need somebody in who will ditch all the has beens who have had their chance and bring in the young talent in in Scotland like Turnbull, Nisbet, Patterson, Gilmour etc to work with and develop alongside the core top players we have Robertson, Tierney, McTomminay, McGinn, might take a couple of years to build a team but it needs to happen. Oh and cut SOD some slack he's maybe not the best in the Scotland team but he's definitely not the worst.
