  1. Has it really being a huge issue this season ? Take out the Rangers mauling and we have hardly been conceding bucket loads. Many of the goals against us have been down to individual mistakes, Dunn who is our quickest defender one of the biggest culprits.
  2. Yes he was there, photo of him next to Burrows. https://mobile.twitter.com/Del1589/status/1079062841708240901?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^tweet
  3. Not really sure why anyone though he was anything other than a great signing when he came back. Ok not the quickest but he always puts a shift in and has been solid all season for me.
  4. Great result and everyone that matters lost. I would ask can we perhaps put the whole Robinson out thing to one side now and just look at things in the summer after we are safe ( and we will be). Not there today due to other commitments but given the injury list surely everyone is happy.
  5. Oh it certainly is and we need strengthening for sure. Of course letting a lot go as Dundee are and replacing them does not automatically mean they will strengthen, that depends on the quality of the replacements and whether they fit in.
  6. Hartley, Dunne, Carson, Cadden, Tanner, ATS, McHugh to name just a few have not been available all season.
  7. There is no way anyone can predict relegation at this point. Dundee, St Mirren, and Hamilton are all rank. Only the bottom club are automatically relegated and as you know the majority of teams that finish second bottom win the play offs. Yes it could happen but i’m pretty sure if I went on the forums of those other clubs there would be supporters predicting they were doomed, not everyone can go down. As you say the injury list is horrendous, we have a full team out that if put together could probably beat the one we will have playing today. As much as I know Robinson is not popular that has to be taken into account when judging results of late.
  8. A bit like the average football fan knows more than the average professional manager ? Next time i’m not well instead of going to the doctor I will give Tom a buzz
  9. You know that’s not what he meant, and you know he won’t.
  10. This will be the fourth or fifth time he has gone for money.
  11. I take it from that he was the number 9 ? Honestly i’m not sure we can start taking risks given we need the points. I would not have an issue if we were comfortable mid table. I don’t see it happening and honestly don’t think it should.
  12. Honestly I think he is, he’s axactly the same every game. Can’t jump more than two foot off the ground and he game is based around looking at the nearest opposition player to him and bundling him over just before theball arrives.
  13. If Scott is the big number 9 that played in the Ross County cup game he does not look ready to me.
  14. “An offer we can’t compete with” tells you a lot about our budget when people are crying out for success, the next manager will have exactly the same restrictions. Anyway good luck to the guy, not the most technically proficient footballer but always gave 100%. There are times we will wish we had him to come off the bench and offer something different.
  15. I think that could well happen. Tait was so solid on Saturday he’s going to be very tempted to leave him there. I’n not fan if ATS in truth and think he’s one of the worst signings we made.
  16. Let’s be honest we are struggling in a number of departments for the Accies game. Hartley, Dunne, Tanner, Cadden, Carson, McHugh, Mbulu, Donnelly, Rose, Main, Bowman. All out or doubtful at this stage.
  17. I would agree with all of that. Bigi was truly awful in my view, just going backwards every time he plays. Gorrin can certainly pass a ball, probably as well as anyone at the club but he’s still too lightweight. All in all very frustrating with yet again a defeat by the odd goal although I would agree Killy probably could could have gone up a gear. You know what though looking back at this season if we had one goalscorer in the team we would be sitting comfortably safe. The amount of points thrown away just in home games is crazy starting right back from that game against Accies, most of the possession and nothing to show. Even the last few games against St Johnstone, St Mirren, and Killy.
  18. I actually like Bowman and think alongside the right individual he offers something, always gives 100%. However he’s never been the same since Moult left and for me it’s time for him to move on. Given he’s been left out I take it it’s close to being a done deal.
  19. Which is why it should not happen, if a new manager comes in it should be in the summer where he will have time and the playing budget.
  20. With a couple of decent signings yes, he’s turned it around before. A mix of relatively poor summer signings which I take it Foyle had an influence in and terrible bad luck with injuries this season are costing him. For me nothing’s changed while we stay out of the bottom two and we reassess in the summer.
  21. Talk around me was he wants to stay for at least another 12 months. Time will tell.
  22. I would agree on Tait, he put a hell of a shift in as he always does.
  23. Well about to set off, can’t believe it will be as bad as Saturday so fingers crossed we get something from the game.
