It's pretty clear from this interview that Kettlewell knows we need to sign a natural goalscorer (and ship out Shields and maybe Efford) and fire Lamie and Mugabi into the moon. The latter two have had too many chances and continue to make costly mistakes; they can't be coached to be any less of a risk to us than they already are.

The only thing you can rely on the BBC for is their protection if you're one of them.

Looks like: SOD Mugabi Blaney Wilson Slattery Miller Spittal Ross Wilkinson Obika Or some variant of that, but odd that Ross is listed after the goalkeeper with the other defenders. Also no Shields or Efford on the bench.

Yeh, I just clocked that. The official website says he signed a short-term deal in summer 2023 and is contracted until May 2024.
