  1. And as we all knew - the papers/bookies weren't even close. Welcome Jens
  2. Agreed and probably the reason for the "early bird" extension.
  3. Wow didn’t see that coming. Simo or Tony Docherty incoming? 🤣🤣
  4. That's crazy - hadn't seen news of that.
  5. Never realised "loan stipulations" were actually a "thing". That might explain some of the strange team selections of recent seasons.
  6. Still recovering from the party at the Trongate yesterday.
  7. I'm critical of SOD a lot, but not only did he provide the cross for Armstrong's goal, but also a peach of a cross that Watt should have scored from with his close range header.
  8. Watt's been playing to put himself in the shop window all season and has been ...... gash. No reason to suspect he'll be any better now, though I agree we are rapidly running out options up front.
  9. We've been shafted again. Our final five fixtures of the season have now been announced. We will kick off our post-split schedule with a home match against St Johnstone on Saturday 26 April. We’ll travel to Dundee on Saturday 3 May, before we travel to Hearts on 10 May. We then take on Kilmarnock on in our final home match of the season on Wednesday 14 May and we will finish the 2024/25 season at Ross County on Sunday 18 May. Ticket details for all fixtures will be revealed in due course. Fixtures in full Motherwell v St Johnstone Dundee v Motherwell Hearts v Motherwell Motherwell v Kilmarnock Ross County v Motherwell
  10. For a game that carried so much pre-KO, that has to be one of the most "insiped" matches I've ever witnessed. Neither team looked as if they wanted to win it and fear stifled any invention at all. Absolute pish - from both teams.
  11. I totally missed the BBC report - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/articles/c74mxge9n8xo I assumed it was all still speculation.
