  1. other clubs did not complain when we reduced the 2nd place prize money.
  2. and how exactly do we deal with it at the point in time?

See the Hearts v The Rangers game will not be played at the same time as the other final games. Unfair advantage handed to The Rangers and again all the other clubs say and do nothing.

Also help that our owner has a few bob.
  5. McManus is contracted to us next year. The wee goalie perhaps.
  6. Its amazing how being out of the team for a long time can improve fans opinions of them. We cant afford to keep potentially injury prone players.
  7. See Hearts, Hibs and us are trying to get the playoff attendance money reduced that go to the govern body.

Somebody mentioned the crowds might go down. The away supports for clubs have been declining year on year, and outwith Celtic most away supports can be measured in the hundreds. Whilst, every bit counts the lose might not be that great given that either Rangers or Hibs may still be in that Championship. A change of opponent might bring one or two back, who were previously bored seeing the same opponents 4/5/6 times a season.

Just knew someone would come out with the told you so comment. Do season ticket holders get a refund for last 2/3 games as our season is over. We will never achieve anything positive with the defeatest mindset.whatever happens everyone associated with the club needs to positive otherwise we will never move forward and would be as well packing it in.

Think it might be best just to back the management and team until end of season. We dont need any more negative distractions. We have a hard enough job to escape without adding even more pressure.
  11. Under mccall we had gained 4 points away. Under baraclough its 6 points. The blame for this seasons shambolic displays does not just lay on one man. There have been many failures on and off the field.
  12. looking at the start of the season. When McCall walked we only had 10 points, and team lacking fitness, morale, organisation, fight, threat going forward, etc etc Basically a shambles. We now have 31 points and every negative point has got better. Whether the improvements at the end of the day are good enough, we will have to wait and see. But one thing our start to the season up and til December was shocking and made life very difficult for the new manager. There has been no scope for errors. Compare us to Hamilton, had they not got off to a good start then where would they be now, given they've only gained about 4 points this year. We got beat today, but have shown recently we are heading in the right direction.
  13. Dom got more than 5 minutes today. How did that turn out? since he's apparently our saviour. The Rangers aint that good, and we dont have McCall in charge against his beloved team.

so laing, johnson, grant, pearson and mcdonald are not good signings. Playing the young players regularly was a bad move. Improving fitness levels. Improving our attacking threat. We were so dire under McCall that he walked away. Seems there is no grey area with the 'well. Win we are great, lose and the manager should go. Nobody has come up with a manager who would have definitely done better.
  15. so with the players realistic heads on, what are they to do? Pack it in or fight on? Would be nice if they could tell the fans before the next five games, as it would save them a few pennies. Don't get me wrong, we aint in a good position and have been shocking for most of the season. However, we are 10 clear of bottom, probably due 3 home games, and even if we feck up, still have the safety net of the playoffs. Predicting the outcome of the possible remaining 7 games is impossible. Lets just back the team and see where we end up.

thankfully a few of these diddies will be away at the end of the season. Mind you i'm sure there are plenty of more diddies to take their place.
  17. could live with that as long as we win of course.

big squad does not always equate to quality. At this point in time we cant seem to cope without our main players.

on a sidenote how did pearson play? given we lost Johnson, Grant, it's not beyond the possibilities Pearson played although not 100%

good point. But has he shown any form in the u20s?

    Baraclough Out

he's tricky, but has not got the pace of Johnson or Erwin. Did the pitch suit his style of play, when he did come on? Has he even started a game for us yet? It would have been a gamble much like Sutton's inclusion.

perhaps but who do you play on the left that has pace?

out of interest what would you have done at half time?
  24. much like the goalie got slated for a bad mistake against killie, they its only right the striker gets slated for his miss early doors. Critical miss, which has perhaps cost us.
