Thought we came more and more into it as the half progressed, and definetly finished the better side. Bad goal to lose, Griffiths turned all too easily but the second ball should've been gobbled up by a defender - only no-one was anywhere near O'Connor.

Some will remember the time I was thrown out of East End Park for taking pictures of the game. That, coupled with things like yesterday, are a massive part of why football fans are drifting away in massive numbers to sports and activities where they can enjoy things without fear of being ejected for doing something which actually promotes the game!

Getting catering prices at a reasonable level would be a big start. Most folk will not pay £3.50 for something you could put together yourselve for less than a quid. Getting fans involved on things on the pitch might well be a way forward on this, to take part in something on the turf is usually always a big thing - you only need to ask anyone who has ever played on the pitch in years gone by.

Think the most disappointing aspect of that pic is we had so many players drawn to the left of the box and they still scored!

I don't have an issue with anyone doing that in front of their own fans. It's hardly banter to kiss the badge and celebrate like that in front of opposition fans, it's provocative. He should've went to celebrate with the Celtic fans in the POD or South Stands.

So is yours. How many times is trouble caused by a player unecessarily winding up opposition fans during or after a game? It's not needed.

Didn't anyone else see Mastorovic turn to the East Stand at the end of the game and kiss the badge, giving it bick licks with the punching air etc.? If any Motherwell player had done that at Parkhead, or turned to the South Stand had we won, there'd have been a riot, investigation points deduction etc etc. Just typically seems to have been completely ignored by the media.

Given Lasley was booked for a first foul which, in my opinion was not, then you have to look at the amount of fouls which Mastorovic dished out (which went unpunished) to see just how leniant the Ref was towards them.

At the end Wanyama claimed Higdon elbowed him in the face and wanted to sqaure up to Higgy, and had to be dragged away at the end. Nothing in it from the angle I had but just sums up the Referee's attitude to the whole game, let Celtic do what they want and turn your back on it. Motherwell see Lasley booked for what was nothing at all, and Stokes only got himself booked because he couldn't shut up. Even after that he should've been given a second yellow for further dissent. Richmond is the worst Referee I think we have, and there are plenty of them vying for the title.

Very unlucky today. Felt their players behaviour at times was unbelieveable, every single time a free kick went in their favour Stokes was up a the Ref's face demanding a card. Just a couple of defensive lapses, still, loads of good play from us and keep that up and we will finish at least 3rd. Was it really necessary for Mastorovic to kiss the badge and celebrate towards the East Stand? Twat.

Rennes, I thought, are perhaps the worst European side I've seen play in Scotland in many a year. And even at that they still had more possession than Celtic did. They were piss-poor at the back. And in midfield. Come Sunday, Celtic will come up against a team that will mix it with them.

The injuries mount for the opposition. They could be missing virtually a full team on Sunday. No change there then...........

Agreed, Stupid comment and insulting to a lot of folk on here. Ref on Sunday is Charlie Richmond, did Clyde away this season.
