I was thinking the same. I also remember when they were introduced, there was talk about them being "all weather". The reality being as long as it's not hot and dry, wet, wet and windy or freezing then they are usuable. Not playable, but usable. I'd much rather have seen Ayr Utd and Thistle's terrible grass promoted last season.

I used to stand in the East when it was terracing, and it was full of people who complained from kick-off to final whistle every week, regardless of the performance or result. Maswanhise was definitely more effective on Saturday. Although, tbf, Peterhead kept a good defensive shape that kept space behind to a minimum.

Just listened to JBA's post match and he mentioned AP needs better crosses to be effective. He definitely looks more effective with the ball in front of him.
