While it's an impressive total, Nigera has a population of around 192 million alone, so even if it was only Nigerians that bought it, that's 1.5% of them. The equivalent of Scotland selling 80,000 in a year we qualified for the world cup.
Got the proper Mexican commentators covering the Scotland game tonight - much better than the BBC Scotland coverage. They make the warm up sound exciting.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL!
etc.
All possibilities.
In general I'd be very surprised to see Campbell move in the summer. If he goes to a better team at this stage, he probably won't be getting first team football and another season of regular games will speed his development.
If they'd done that more often yesterday, it would have been better for them. The only time they created anything was when they played it out wide. Most of the rest of the time they were playing square ball after sqaure ball in their own half.
Watched the Togo game yesterday and the best thing about it was each half only lasted 40 minutes. Insipid stuff played in the middle of what looked like a building site, with the spectators having to watch from the bridge on the main road. Strange spectacle all round.
Like Hammell said on the recent podcast. He tells all the youngsters at the academy, and their parents, "Even if you aren't Motherwell fans now, you will be by the time you leave."
If there were issues with the old (multiple, I believe) databases then moving to a new ticketing system won't have solved that yet. It will just mean we have copied the bad info onto the new system. However, over the course of the season, that should improve as the correct details are entered and we have a single source for the data.
Makes you wonder why we bother with a pre-season.
If you can't see that he was fitter in his last game than in his first, you need to take off your FatHigdon specs.
