And equally, are we doing better than you thought we would after the summer upheaval? We're 12 games into the season with a completely revamped team. Conventional wisdom says it takes 2 to 3 years for a manager to reconstruct. I know patience isn't a virtue amongst fans (myself included), but we need to cut the guy a bit of slack here. Just the fact that he delivered on every player he said he'd bring in gives me confidence he will improve things in the next transfer window.

With 26 games remaining, I don't think it will. It's not normally until the end of January that these things start to take shape and with a number of teams being so evenly matched this season, it might be even later than that. Hibs will hit a wee loss of form sooner or later and Dundee Utd have a recent history of dropping points during the run in. Saying that, I think we will beat them by the odd goal. Their style of play seems to suit us more than it suits the OF.
