At least in my lifetime, Celtic have tended to play more of a passing game, which has suited our style. Rangers have been more a of a power based team (i.e. bunch of bruisers) which we always find more difficult to cope with.

"Rollercoaster" annoys me, but not as much as "Punching above our weight".

There has been some guff posted about McCall recently, but that beats them all. Where was this self-motivation from the players when Rangers took 6 off us? That was McCall's fault, if the serial haters on here are to be believed. McCall had exactly the right response after the St. Mirren game - came out and told everyone how crap they were and how that wasn't acceptable. Now he has taken a bare bones squad, put together a decent tactical plan with the available players and could be pulling of a result a team that has been really firing on all cylinders the past few weeks. Only Motherwell fans could see the negative in that.

Maybe I'm biased, but I think it's a tougher call for the oldies as we have seen the level of national excitement a World Cup Finals can generate. It's tough call though because Motherwell has been the day-to-day focus of my footballing interest for many years. If I was forced to choose, I think a successful Scotland campaign might just shade it.
