  1. I see that those involved need to be at Fir Park from 6pm until 11pm. Is there a tour around Fir Park, and what normally happens afterwards? I've got the green light to bid on a shirt and, if successful, I'll be travelling up with my wife and children. Just trying to figure out the logistics of it.
  2. Can't say I blame the lad, she looks terrifying these days.
  3. Great defending by Brodie Spencer to prevent a certain Italian goal.
  4. So, no Slattery. Do we go with Fadi, Oscar and Watt or give McGhee / Nicholson a start?

    Slattery

The only sensible thing about this is the two games suspended. Have that in the back of a player's mind and they'll think twice about cheating.
  6. We currently have two right backs and two left backs. SODs is a right back who is a more than adequate emergency centre half and JK who can do a reasonable job covering on the left. Longelo we know is excellent on his day, whereas Wilson may not be up to the task and is getting very little chance to develop at Raith. I'd try to move Wilson on find a better backup option for that position. Sparrow is a midfielder who can cover at right back, but he's not great there, and he's even worse at left back. McGhee is a midfielder that can do a job at centre half and I like him, so I hope he sticks around for a while.
  7. I'd offer an extension to Johnny K., I think that he is good enough and has earned the right to stay (if he wants to). I really like Nicholson, decent footballer, great personality, but quite injury-prone. He's 50/50 for me. I had hoped to see Robinson get some games to see how he might fit in with JBA's style of playing, but, sadly, he may not get the opportunity to prove himself. The other free agents can leave with thanks, they've all played their part.
  8. I think that particular file is currently in Dingwall, having travelled there via Ayrshire.
  9. Ox may be allowed to leave if another club is interested. Can't imagine it being anything other than a free transfer.
  10. Ooh interesting, thank you very much, that's actually the day of my 50th.
  11. The manager and the players will all move on, we know that, but the key (in my opinion) is in the club board keeping on this path of employing young, ambitious managers with a dedication to this style of football. Paying reasonable fees for players with high potential which will generate transfer fees. Kyrk MacMillan impresses me whenever he speaks. I don't know so much about Brian Caldwell, but he joined with a very strong reputation. Even Nick Daws is no longer public enemy no.1! These are good times and they don't need to end when JBA, Just, Maswanhise, etc get their moves.
  12. Sorry for the confusion caused, I was referring to Just. I also hope that Slattery will show some loyalty by extending his contract and hopefully earn Motherwell a transfer fee. The club stood by him through serious injuries, so would be nice if he signed on, but can't really see it and wouldn't blame him if he left for free.
  13. He's on a two-year deal with the club holding the option of a third year though isn't he? Should be able to cash in on him either this summer or next.
  14. SODs has surely the most experience a left-back? I'd swap them, but agree with your team otherwise.
