Change Tony’s loan to a signing
-
I think SK has some glaring issues and perhaps some of his decisions are made based on info that we don’t have but overall I’m happy to keep him here. I think keeping the same manager brings some much needed stability to our club. I don’t think there’s any doubt that the players play for him and I think overall he improves players individually. I think he is capable of maintaining our premiership status. I’m not sure that we will get an significantly better manager especially seeing how other clubs around us have done, with Aberdeen perhaps being the exception but then again, they probably have a bigger budget than us. Considering he is also a fairly inexperienced manager I’m sure he is only going to improve year upon year. Yes, perhaps he is a slow learner and stubborn but as just mentioned with experience I think his drawbacks will become less and his positives will grow.

But if I recall correctly Utd have trouble dealing with Maswanhise. So I’d assume either him or Moses up front with Stam
-
Unfortunately, No Tony next week Vs United
-
With Paton and Nicholson coming back in it may enable our midfield to Play some football and provide a decent service for Watt and Stam up front. I know Stam missed a chance today but I don’t think he can be fairly judged until we start creating several chance a game for him.

Nice to inflict a sucker punch on the opposition instead of being on the receiving end. Got to admit that although we were lookin the better team, I was just waiting on them grabbing a late freaky/jammy/wonder/disputed goal
-
plus: Great result clean sheet. Better second half. Players coming back from injury to active. Negative: terrible display first half. poor starting line up future: Wilson to left back Tavares out Kaletta in. Halliday out Paton in. Stop having Miller take free kicks from our half. Cut down on the long fkn hopeless punts up the park
-
Finally Tavares off
-
Blaney been ok but on a yellow. Move Wilson back there and Blaney off. Paton in midfield where Wilson was. Tavares out and Kaletta in and take it from there for 10 mins or so.
-
I was thinking along those lines but that’s really when they are putting a wall in front of the wall to stop argy bargy but when have you ever seen that called the ref will line thEm up like that but once the whistle goes it’s out the window
-
I have no fkn clue. Watched the replay and still no clue. Perhaps some obscure rule that a ref blows for once every 20 years or something
-
Dundee first half was so much better than this. Dreadful stuff on display but thankfully from St Mirren as well. We haven’t given Watt or Stam a decent pass yet.
-
Maybe if we actually get the ball and pass it to players in shooting positions. Not much footbalnfrom us at all so far.
-
Lennon doesn’t have to take every free kick FFS
-
Top quality Audio on the stream
-
Don’t understand Tavares in the team and not Kaletta.
-
Looks like 4 Or 5 Players on the bench that could/should be starters once everyone fully fit.
-
I thinks that’s because the comedy channel already had a full quota of programs for that evening.
-
Ok I never noticed that detail but maybe just needed to pay more attention.

After watching highlights Still not sure what penalty incident ? First two goals are bad. First one Gordon lets their guy cut inside instead of showing him down to the bye line. Second one, I think it’s Wilson, runs back too deep. All he has to do is step up early towards player with the ball then any pass he makes will be offside. Third one bad luck. Fourth one Balmer terrible. I’d go along the lines of Casey Gordon Wilson Kaletta Miller Paton Seddon Watt Stam Maswanhise
-
What penalty incident? I may have to go suffer thru the highlights.
-
I’d be ok with that starting 11. SK needs to define what our shape is with the ball and without the ball and what each players responsibility is.
-
We had a horrendous 10 minute spell. We had 2 players who shouldn’t be starting but for long periods in the game we looked much better than of late. We had 6 shots on target to their 4. We had 24 shots to their 9. We had 36 touches to their 20 inside the box. SK needs to figure out what the improvements were and sort out the reason why we collapsed for 10 mins
-
Let’s hope SK learns a lot from that tonight with respect to starting line up and tactics. We fell apart for 10 mins became totally disorganized and embarrassed ourselves. But looking at stats other than goals, unfortunately, we certainly improved on the attacking. Dundee had 4 shots on target and of course all of them were goals. Not sure why Tavares started instead of Kaletta. But I’d give his starting line up another go but with Kaletta for Balmer and Maswanhise instead of Tavares. SK needs to make sure they do not become disorganized or overcommit on free kicks/corners.

Whatever system he come up with he also needs to have them start playing as a team. It’s 11 individuals swanning around or at best 3 separate units with no cohesion between them. We need to move up and down the park as a team
