So basically now that Sevco are not in the league the money for 1st place i.e. Celtic remains the same and the teams immediately below them take the hit for giving money to the Championship, league 1 and league 2. Anybody would think Celtic had someone in a position of power in Scottish fitba.

Anybody know how much the teams get for each position in the SPFL. Looking online the last information I can find is from 2009. 1st 4% of pot + 13% = 17% 2nd 4% of pot + 11% = 15% 3rd 4% of pot + 5.5% = 9.5% Obviously the set-up then ensured the gruesome twosome got the bulk of the money but does anybody know how it changed when the new league setup came in. If it is still the same then beating the Dons for 2nd place would make a lot of extra cash for next seasons budget.

Best performance from Faddy for a long time but my vote goes to Lasley who lead by example and covered every blade of grass. I'm well old enough to remember standing in the pouring rain on terraces in Scotland and going back to that ain't an improvement in my opinion. Last time I was at a Scotland game everybody was standing and by half time we were all desperate to sit down for a rest as our legs were killing us.
