Considering Mowbray has an eye for youth with signings such as Dorrans at WBA, it wouldn't completely surprise me. He also bought Fortune on the back of his performance for Nanct at FP and IIRC, Murphy wa sour only shining light that night. More than likely to be a rumour but it is plausible. Massive season beckons for Murphy, his performance the other night was a slight cause for concern.

I'm somewhat apprehensive about the imminent arrival of players at Fir Park. Obviously we need to bring in loads of players but such change failed drastically under Davies and Kampman. Find it hard to get too upset about tonights performance. As anticipated it was little more than a friendly. Early on, I thought we were going to run up a cricket score but it never quite materialised. Nevertheless, I'm pretty happy with the performances of Forbes and Slane in particular. No one else however really done themselves justice and I'm somewhat concerned that Jamie Murphy may end up going backwards. Meanwhile, Sutton has little future at the club if we are going to be playing 4-2-3-1. Looking ahead to next week, if we want to win, we will win.
