  1. It negates the shitness of our midfield.
  2. Throwing a shy straight out for another shy.
  3. The close contacts who are isolating obviously haven't had their booster, then. Surely that has an effect should Dundee ask/have to postpone?
  4. As much as I dislike him, the first thing Jim Goodwin said in his post match interview last night was, there's no point in trying to pull the wool over the fans eyes, that was nowhere near good enough. I know he's trying to keep on their good side for now, and I know they have delusions of grandeur, but a bit of honesty goes a long way. Our problem is, Alexander IS being honest too. If their keeper had thrown the ball into his own net at the death, or that penalty hadn't been given, he wouldn't have had any worries about how we'd played. It's survival football, for us and him, nothing more. Stick or twist?
  5. And the fact we're handing longer contracts out to utter dross shows he has no ambition to improve the quality of our play. That's depressing enough, but when you look at the teams around us...
  6. Alexander said it himself after the game - it's not the performance that concerns him, it's the result. That's clearly been the case since he arrived, so no one should expect it to change for the duration of his stay. The long term negative effects of crowds being asked to watch shite like that, week in/week out, have to become an issue sooner or later.
  7. He wasn't the worst, but 3 consecutive misplaced passes does tend to highlight individuals' failings. And we were beaten by a team that played the bloody ball back to him 3 times in a row. Aye, we were shocking tonight. I don't really know what they were trying to do - getting Alexander the boot would've been as good a guess as any, given that performance.
  8. 3 failed attempts in a row by Donnelly to find a teammate. Pathetic.
  9. The passing of a kidney stone is more enjoyable.
  10. Not if Glass is still there. But they're at home to St Johnstone on Tuesday, so there's every chance he won't be.
  11. You'll no be waving the cup in our faces this year Broon.
  12. Efford looks like he's got something about him.
  13. Ojala's fair picked up from Wednesday.
  14. Nothing happening with ours, Rob McLean sleverin' on the Aberdeen stream though. And auld Broon.
  15. Thought it rang a bell, so just checked - Jamie McGowan was actually English.
  16. Fair enough. I'm sure none of us are really bothered who their best player was, but if all he did was score a tap in, that still makes him far more effective than any of our front players.
  17. Nobody's claiming he's Mo Salah, but you're obsessing over his goals. Are you honestly saying you thought he wasn't bringing a lot more to the team before he left, or that you can't see how clueless we're looking without him?
  18. 1. Who else would you give it to? 2. To rub our faces in it.
  19. Watt was winning every award going for us, long before his goal scoring blip. Fundamentally pish? Utter pish.
  20. Anyone who sees any positives in that performance needs to take their eyeballs out and polish them.
  21. Is that the defence or prosecution's argument?
