He had another defensive cock up though. Him or Frear for lwb isn't a great choice.

Cadden or Carson. Went for Cadds. It's a big season for him with his contract expiring and I think playing centrally week in week out we'll see the best of him.

Noticed that. He better hope Cedric doesn't do a Lionel.

The season before we were unseeded at Parkhead. If you run on the park there you end up in a cell. Definitely an advantage.

Aye should have been Dunfermline and Livi rather than Killie. Ayr away will do fine.

We'll beat Clyde.

Looking at the groups I don't think we'll be seeded. St Johnstone, Ross County, Kilmarnock and Ayr/Partick should get 11 or 12 points.

Just clocked we've moved the touchline in a yard!

Losing Dunne is a blow. He looked as if he had put on a lot of muscle last week against Edinburgh which might not have been a good idea.

Surely the question is if we'll play senior players in it considering the size of the squad.

Too poor to pass the ball

"No right to beat Rangers or Aberdeen" That's a ridiculous statement about a one off game.

And it's the same for Bigi?

Robinson continually parroting this 12-18 nonsense seems like him covering himself in case he's signed more duds.

Grimshaw continuing where he left off at Hampden.

The cups run were good but we carried a lot of luck. The league performances were mostly rotten. Most people were expecting our issues in the final third to be addressed this summer and that hasn't happened yet. Robinson clearly sends the team out to punt long balls and without cup runs to keep the fans upbeat it'll get old very quickly.

I wasn't at the game today but Main had zero service on Tuesday. He showed he's a good player last season,

Maclean and McHugh score for Morton. Hastie won a penalty and apparently played well against Dundee United. The crowd at Tannadice was 1659 which shows what can happen when you let standards slip.

No amount of kicking is going to inject creativity into that group. Cadden is our only reliable creative option. Frear hasn't done it and Tanner is coming back from a very serious injury. We need to sign a few players who can unlock a defence. Or play Bigi. Or not have put Hastie and Maclean out on loan. The fact Sammon appears to be ahead of Johnston is terrifying.

Lose on Tuesday and we are out and nationally embarrassed on the TV on the Saturday. 9 points should see us through. 8 and we will be sweating. Robinson's policy of signing cloggers not looking great after two games.

Stranraer score Rose miss. 1 point. Shambles.

Frear misses (shock)

Carson save!

Bowman score 2-2
