Ciftci is fat for a footballer. Look at his face. To be fair I haven't seen him for a while and he might appear at Hampden next week slimmed down but I doubt it.

Our goals dried up in December. A combination of OGs, set pieces, penalties and goalkeeping errors have kept us alive since then. Cifcti is too fat to be a footballer at this level.

Three? He was diabolical against Edinburgh and Berwick until a 38 hour work week caught up with their players. Two goals against professional opponents in 14 months, one a roll into an empty net the other a neat wee finish off a cross. He has absolutely no shooting threat.

I can only think of two assists from open play in his entire time here. Moult at NDP and Bowman at Dingwall. Add in that he has only scored two goals and it's not much of a return from a wee winger who cannot defend.

One goal and one open play assist is a terrible return for this season. He rarely finds a Motherwell player with his crosses. He's a defensive liability as well.

Word on the grapevine is that Bowman is signing an extension. Hopefully that means the Gavin Reilly rumour is bullshit.
