We were never going to win it with those subs. Someone needs to tell Robinson you can't freeze players out when you have only won 4 out the last 20 league matches. The Lithuanian is Blyth bad. Great effort from the players. The first half was like the Aberdeen quarter with the ball in the air constantly and us dominating. Second half Rangers adjusted, used the space out wide and brought their footballers into it. Cadden showed why he is wasted in midfield and McHugh was very good. Main was different class and shows the benefit of actually living like a professional footballer unlike some of the chancers we have had to endure over the years.

The game is in Perth where we haven't won since November 2012. Just keeping it alive until next Saturday would be a good achievement at this stage. I can't see Dundee taking anything off Hearts though, they are garbage.

Dumbarton and Brechin are part time so they shouldn't be considered on a level with the other 7. He's only scored three goals since Christmas, I don't think it's wrong to wonder if he'll manage the step up again. We have wasted so much money on strikers who have not produced in recent years. Fletcher, Blyth, Bowman, Fisher, Belic, Clarkson, McFadden, Newell, Petravicuis and Ciftci. It's the most important position in the team and we should learn our lesson and go for quality and not quantity.
