It's usually BBC Saturday lunch time then two games on Sky on the Sunday. But the Old Firm have to play on different days and the BBC won't set foot in Ibrox so if Sky take Celtic with their first pick it might mean the Rangers game can't be on TV.

It does mean that if we win we are looking at making very good money from the semi.

At one point in the first half there were two Dundee players on the deck after 50/50s with Charles. I don't think i've seen him come off second best in a challenge yet this season, he's indestructible.

McCann/Hartley talks pish. Carson made two very good saves and we had more than enough chances to run away with it first half. We won our battles all over the park today and deserved the win. Our final third play wasn't great but at the same time we should have scored more. Ciftci is a massive enigma. Started well for 20 minutes, looked like he was going to get sent off for about 35 minutes then played well again until he was subbed. I can't knock the guy for effort but you have to wonder all the touches and taking the ball into the defenders is actually doing us any favours overall. Everybody played well but i'd say Dunne was my MOTM with Aldred, Tait and Main very good.

The way Main tries to strike the ball early is a breath of fresh air. He actually looked disappointed he didn't score more tonight but if he keeps on turning bits of space into decent shots he will do very well for us. First half was forgettable but we at least adapted at half time, pushed men up the park and made a lot of chances. St Johnstone were terrible, usually they are aggressive and clinical but tonight they looked like they didn't give a fuck. They had no attacking threat and seemed to put in less effort as the game went on. I'd say everyone played well other than Ciftci. If Rose played like that more often he wouldn't get the stick he does. Kipre, Tait, Campbell and Main were excellent. McHugh gets stick on here but the amount of balls he contests is immense, that's why he is in the team.

St Johnstone are more negative than us. Main looks sharp but we have zero creativity. If you hadn't seen Ciftci playing for Dundee United it would be very confusing watching him play.

At least being freezing cold will take our minds off the shitfest.

I didn't bother going to today because you know exactly what you are getting. It's the same shite tactics every week. It backfired on me because the rugby and my coupon were a disaster. Main is used to the workload of the English lower leagues. He looks like a very fit guy, he'll be fine. Ciftci doesn't really run so he could probably play 7 days a week.
