Although, given the jobs for the boys approach still prevelant in the Scottish game it's just as likely he'll either get a new contract at County or be quickly employed elsewhere. The Motherwell, Killie and County fans certainly know the score: "As for Kettlewell, I wouldnt want him to be given the gig next season no matter what happens.
