Well at least enough to stop him going to a Scottish rival. We won’t be able to compete money wise if an English team comes calling. I don’t think we have spent much of the Miller money but I’d be willing to spend a chunk of it to keep JBA here for a bit. I see that as a good investment. As I have said elsewhere, though, the positive is that JBA is implementing a style that a large number of teams across Europe are playing. Watching the league cup final and celtic are awful. St Mirren doing what they do best. Direct agressive and clinical. Mind you their goalie is taking the p with the 8 second rule. Constantly way over 10 seconds. Then there is players from both sides rolling about without any contact. The officials just dont have a clue what a foul or rules are.
