ODonnell was the sponsors award. Thought he was ok but struggled at times going forward and stopped and played the safe ball.

Johnny was involved in two of the goals and did more going forward in general and defended well.

Plenty of effort  from everyone.

Johnny gets my vote.

SOD was really good, but I went with Johnny K as he was instrumental in the first two goals, and also had a very solid game defensively, while on the wrong side of the back 4 as well.  It was nice that Longelo continued the theme when he came on.

First time since the last century.

That's a lot more recent than when we were watching in the 1990's!

Still impressive, though, after our defensive lapses earlier in the season,

SODs is a very good footballer, he always has been but he’s been under utilised by previous managers. Kettlewell being a prime example with his, get the ball up the park quick p1sh and getting him to do his long throw ins.
he’s very good on the ball and a good passer. He also is pretty handy getting forward and adds height to the attack and defense at corners. He’s clearly liking what he’s being told to do by JBA. Long may it last

Ward, both Full backs, McGinn, Watt and Fadinger were all on top form today. Priestman impressed in his cameo too. RCC impressed in patches and his "Heads-up football" for the third goal was excellent, Went with S O'Donnell, this system really suits him.
