Motherwell Daft
For me this has to be the signing of the summer for us, 3 years plus a year, we have invested highly for this boy, his stats are impressive 18 goals n 16 assists in 68 games and only 20, I can’t wait to see him play now, hopefully his time with the greatest wee club in the world is filled with success, welcome to the Mighty Well Jardell! Richie
Paulsen, Moormann, Williams, Hodge and Kanga all seem VG signings. JKL, JGR and Seb look like pretty good business also.
Andy H
I saw the rumors but really didn;t expect us to get it over the line. Really good signing

Add Lowry who I think has been a good signing and then poor Willy who I am still hopeful will come good
Spit_It_Out
I am getting visions of Kanga and Said doing magical things on the pitch together. Great signing and its a bit of a statement signing for us.

Kmcalpin
A great signing. Maybe we'll now see some departures, either permanently or on loan, between now and Thursday to balance the books and reduce bloating.

Nothing wrong with that as long as they're physical wee fellas in the Ibrahim Said mould. Also as long as we have height and muscle in the right places and spread throughout the side. wellsince75
Feels like a good time to break down where I think we stand. Split into regular squad players versus who I think is there for injuries and rotation rather than a first-team regular spot. Welcome views ✅ Starters / First-Team Squad GK: Paulsen + Connelly RB: Koutroumbis, Sparrow Central defence: JKR, Moormann, JKL LB: Williams, Longelo Midfield: Fadinger (C), Priestman, Lowry, Hodge, Whyte Attack: Said, SPH, Bjørgolfsson, RCC, Kagna This is the core I'd build the season around. Looks as strong as squad as we've had in donkeys years. . Maswanhise — different case to the others here, suspect he'll be sold. Vogt — where he fits in the pecking order is genuinely unclear right now - time will tell. 🔄 Squad Cover — Can't See Them as First-Team Regulars Not saying any of these should be pushed out the door — more that with the summer additions, I can't see them holding down a starting spot. Some must likely be on their way out whether it be loans or perms. Jordan McGhee Paul McGinn Stephen O'Donnell Ewan Wilson Luca Ross Mikey Booth Apostolos Stamatelopoulos Callum Hendry

Jordan McGhee Paul McGinn Stephen O'Donnell Ewan Wilson Luca Ross Mikey Booth Apostolos Stamatelopoulos Callum Hendry I think you're being harsh on O'Donnell given the season he had last season. He may be 34 but he definitely contributed a lot. And although this may be seen as a poor reflection on our wingers, he's probably still the best crosser at the club... EDIT Also provides cover as you only have three centre backs listed...

I just dont see him starting many games - more likely to plug gaps when others are out . first to admit I could be wrong.

The good thing about SOD is that he can cover pretty much anywhere across the backline. I dont expect he will start a lot of games if everyone is fit, but he could get a lot of minutes off the bench when others run out of steam, get injured / booked. His leadership in the dressing room and on the training pitch will also be vital given we have such a young squad.
