El Grew
We’ve contrived today to make Rangers look like a good team. Pass marks for nobody I’m afraid.

grizzlyg
Looking like first defeat of season. No need for massive post mortem, bad performance and we move on COYW
Yoshi-1991
Don't know what would be worse, conceding again or losing because of that goal.

grizzlyg
Ah well, frustrating losing to a terrible goal but they should have scored more. I am sure Alfred learned a lot about some players today. Got week and half to work on the training ground. Squad close to full strength so plenty competition and if guys not performing they drop out COYW
Richie
Disappointed with that. For all the possession we had we didn't make them work for it nearly enough. Fairly meek in the end.
Prestwickwell
£40 saved today, only caught the last 20 minutes of it but never looked like scoring in that time apart from the maswanise chance have we had a go today?
wellsince75
Shame we didn’t really really have a go at them today - it all felt very pedestrian . too many times turned back rather than take the player on . we didn’t make any chances in second half of note - other that JTs weak shot . thought rangers could have scored several . GrahamH
Most frustrating game I’ve seen for a while. Played some good stuff in the first half, then fell apart and couldn’t string any passes together.

Benson
Bit meh, decent possesion, some players off the boil, keeper howler, kanga needs to get up to speed, cookie wont do as centre forward,we need 7 days off and more training time.
texanwellfan
Good first half with one black mark. Struggled the second half. Kind of lost our shape and focus. No real attacking threat from us today. Couple of players below par today but, as with the goal, we expect these things to happen just hopefully not a lot. 2 weeks to work on the training ground with AJ and then show us how it should be done, against Aberdeen at Fir park. Sorry 10 days, not two weeks.

joewarkfanclub
Played well first half, Paulsen's nosebleed aside. Penalty decision was a joke so pleased Rangers failed to convert. Controlled the first half, dominated possession, created some decent chances but couldnt take any of them. Second half we were miles off it. Way too many misplaced passes and bad decisions handed the momentum back to Rangers. Probably the worst 45 minutes Ive seen from us in a year. Disappointing to lose the game, but we go intona 10 day break now that will allow us to refresh and give the manager time on the training pitch with the players, as that second 45 cant happen again. El Grew
I know stats don’t always tell the whole story in a game but today we made a total of 571 passes but only 164 (28%) of those were forward. Despite us appearing to dominate possession, too much of it was in our own half and in areas of the pitch where we posed no threat. Rangers had possession where it counts as witnessed by 27 shots and 42 touches inside our box. Possession is all good and well but if it doesn’t produce and end product i.e. goals then it become a pointless exercise. I always view anything we get from games at Ibrox and Parkhead as a bonus and that they won’t define our season so long as we take care of business with the rest. COYW.
Orinoco
Disappointing, but how many millions have they spent on their team? FFP non existent in scotland. We can do much better, but losing at Ibrox is hardly the end of days. Shrug of shoulders and we hopefully learn and move on.

purestate
Shankland going off was probably to our disadvantage as our passing game would have had him puffing and no way he is pressing Poulsen in same way. Still hoping that’s got a few bad performances out of peoples systems all in the one go without, what could have been, a big dent in GD.

Always a time and place to hoof it from danger though. That could have derailed the guy but in the end he prevented a cricket score. I'll let him off on that basis.
