No chance, my friend. After the shocking events of our last game against Celtic in May, I actually asked myself what was the point of carrying on watching us since many matches last year were obviously fixed. Fortunately, my anger dispelled those thoughts. I suppose all we can do is play our stuff under King Alfred and hope we can further embarrass our officials. After all, almost the whole of Scottish fandom (apart from Sellick and Hibs supporters) knows Nicholson did not handle the ball to give Celtic the penalty, hence the general btl delight on YT when Celtic were pumped in Europe on Wednesday.
-
I know a Bournemouth fan and I have been telling him about Paulsen. He is delighted but also says they are well covered in that department. Wonder if we could negotiate a permanent deal
-
He let the St Mirren #8 away with murder, 6 fouls before be brandished the yellow card in the 90th minute. Warned there goalie of the 5 second rule at least 8 times failed to book him. An absolute moron of a guy, and miles off it at this level.

Missing the Gogic handball was embarassing. The time it took him and VAR to award it even worse. No issues with the majority of our yellow cards, but letting Gogic and some of their other players away with similar offences became very frustrating. Im was sure their second goal was offside. Need to see it again on Sportscene. The Lowry incident is a joke. Not to pull it back for the foul is bad enough, but to then stop the game bool tge player and make Lowry stand at the side for the minute and then give a drop ball from the wrong spot? Really poor stuff.
-
We were knackered after 30 mins and St Mirren took full advantage of that. Closing us down quickly and harassing us . The keeper was brilliant all game The way we pushed on for the last 10min to get the equilizer was heroic . It was obvious some were out on their feet after the last three weeks exploits . Good result but it should have been 4-0 early doors. Don't you just love a last minute goal.

Utd had great result yesterday so will be on a high but lets get right behind the lads and release the Kanga!!
-
A lot of stuff to look at and learn from but at the end of the day there are three undefeated teams in the league Celtic, St. Mirren and us.
-
Barely into the new season and it appears our officials have managed to be even worse than last season. Clancey's performance today was equally embarrassing, bizzare and down right abysmal. Surely the clubs need to act and get Collum removed. He is failing in his duties to improve standards.

For those of us who don’t live in the future in the southern hemisphere, the game is on 2 September.
- Today
-
He was appalling all game....embarrassment of a ref 🤣🤣
-
You can say that again
-
Still can’t quite believe Clancy didn’t spot the Gogic penalty. Must be one of the worst misses I think I’ve ever seen from a referee. he was appalling all game…. Embarrassment of a ref.

The gaffer said
-
Not sure about that as a midfield three.
-
Another goal filled game? Hopefully with us scoring them all against Utd.
-
I think items 2 and 3 in your negatives list will Improve drastically once AJ has more practice time on the field with the players
-
Probably, equally going against us, is the lack of practise time for AJ with the players
-
A mixed bag for us today. St Mirren played us at our own game and they were pretty good at it. Looking at the BBC stats we matched each other blow for blow. Positives We still managed to dominate possession. First 20 mins we could have been out of sight. We kept right going to the end and got a reward Passing accuracy was over 90%. Generally we need to be above 85% to take something but St Mirrens was also 84% Lowry was excellent Negatives Lost most 50/50 balls Didn't create much with superior possession Defensively all over the place at times. Maswanhise ... dear god hes turning into quite a poor player, irrespective of the goal. . Longlleo too often squared it when a few times he should have had a go cos himself cos hes got a good shot on him. A draw was a fair result but huge room for improvement after first 20 mins. BTW how the fuck did Clancy miss the handball. He should be mortified that had to go to VAR every cunt in the stadium bar him saw it.

Would have taken a point before the game and was more than happy with the point at the end of it...honestly, I dont think it can be underestimated how much these European matches take out of the players. Annoyed that we are playing midweek again to be honest. Once the season settles down to just playing mainly saturdays I think we will a real threat to most teams
-
Harsh......but true 🤣🤣
-
When he finally goes you will run out of material, that will be a double boost though for the club and the forum members. 😂
-
I think Craig McLeish deserves a lot of credit. After years of hoofball and hammer-throwing, he's got them playing some nice stuff. They still have that edge to them and got away with similar fouls to the ones that we were penalised for.
-
Jesus. Certainly entertaining but the blood pressure can’t take it! Well done to the well for coming back to get the draw.
