Why? Because he is an obnoxious wee ginger prick that would cause an argument in an empty house, we don't need that or any of the ugly sisters baggage that comes with him.3 points

Absolutely gutless there’s players in that team that have been complicit in getting 3 managers sacked and should be shown the door alongside the manager, our captain amongst them.3 points

If we can't beat the teams below/around us - with most of them having games in hand - then we won't be 8th for long. Furthermore, if we can't pick up more than the odd draw against our direct rivals in the bottom end, we'll quickly find ourselves fighting with Livingston for the position of the shittest. Scraping draws at best against some of our direct rivals suggest that we will likely continue to lose against all of the top 5/6 on this current run of form. So, I still do not think a draw against Ross County tonight, given the context and run of results outlined, would be acceptable. Put simply, if we can't start picking up 3 points instead of gutsy draws against those listed below, we will quickly plummet beyond shitfesting our way to 10th (to note that Aberdeen will have three games in hand after tonight) and deserve relegation. We need 3 points now, and to suggest otherwise is denying the reality of the situation and merely kicking the can down the road towards the inevitable. For context and with recent results: Ross County (3-3), Aberdeen (2-4 loss), St. Jonhstone (2-2), and Livingston (2-0 loss) are below us. Kilmarnock (1-0 loss) and Dundee (3-3) are above us.3 points

He’s 75yrs old with cataracts, he’s perfectly capable of driving through the main doors of fir park himself2 points

A permanent CEO and a 5 to 10-year strategy that is appropriately resourced and communicated would be a start. Or, quite frankly, anything that isn't what's been happening recently.2 points

Football management is strange. Kettlewell came in with a clear idea of how to play, a new formation and used the players we had in the right positions to get results to give us a comfortable end to the season. Then we started well this year, a tricky run of matches followed which you can forgive poor results, followed by form and tactics disappearing. What changed? We've lost at least two very important players and brought in many more of lower quality but there's more to it than that. I don't really want to see another manager go, and it's not that I love Kettlewell, it's just not sustainable to keep chopping and changing like this and hoping that's the solution. I'd really like us to have a manager that wants to be here and stays for years, but even two full seasons in charge seems unrealistic. The club is broken, Scottish football is broken and until so many other things change, it's just going to be more dross and musical chairs for short-term gains.2 points

Apparently his missus loves Scotland and she always wanted to live up here. Not sure ML1 was what she had in mind though!1 point

If Warnock would consider slumming it with us then id pick him up and drive him straight through the doors of Fir Park myself!!!!!!!!!1 point

We only deserve to be in a lower league if we end up bottom of the league at the end of the season and anyone who thinks it's a good reset opportunity is off their head.1 point

Midfield has been a struggle for months with teams dancing through us with ease . tonight we played with 2 - neither of them defensively minded . shocking decision. Absolutely shocking1 point

Can we collectively ensure David Clarkson is unable to answer the call1 point

If we don’t get relegated this season then we never will. We are in freefall on and off the park and in all honesty we as a club deserve to be playing lower league football.1 point

Personally I would go for big Dunc. Would take no s**t and look at job he is doing at Caley1 point

Zero movement from Obika when the ball comes in the box. He's scored 2 goals for us and they both hit off him.1 point

Every corner Kelly is crapping himself and hiding on his line. Every opponent knows this, and uses it to their favour, whilst it puts even more pressure on our defence.1 point

Absolutely gutted for the fans who’ve travelled up there tonight. Probably taking time off work, expensive time of year etc etc to watch that group of gutless b***ds1 point

We should have sorted this mess during the international break. Giving him these games was truly insane.1 point

I was slated on another thread for saying Kelly was bang average . I now admit I was wrong. He's worse than that.1 point

Tam courts ?? Are you having a laugh. It’s bizarre he’s managed to get any management gig. Apparently he was a terrible car salesman too. lambert doesn’t want it, he’s said that twice before when it was on offer. mccall is on gardening leave is he not now? so he’ll want to continue to get a hefty wedge from Sheffield for the next 2yrs we are getting stuck with frail and foster, and we’d be idiots to think otherwise1 point

You've been very reasonable and patient with SK so far Grizzly and if you're saying this, it really is time for him to go.1 point

Playing a forward who can’t run in midfield was never going to end well.1 point

It's crazy that idiots in our support think it's fine to go 3 months without a win in this league.1 point

That's what happens when you sign a centre forward and ask him to play a weird right/centre attacking midfield hybrid position and ask him to defend.1 point

Fair dues, I was just basing on previous game at fp when they looked good up front, but that might be exception ?1 point

Yes, we will. A draw tonight will see us split the first two fixtures against County after our draw with them at Fir Park. In the position we're in, what we don't want to be doing is losing. That's the bare minimum. A win is preferable obviously, but drawing away to Ross County (or any of the teams around us for that matter) isn't a disaster. It's just not the results of a team pushing for top six is all.1 point
-
Agreed. In normal times, a draw in Dingwall is a perfectly reasonable result. These aren't normal times though.1 point
-
completely agree. We're averaging less than a point a game and won 3 games from 15. Unless we improve we're on track to be bottom 2 (based on how the league has played out in recent years) Need to improve the win ratio.1 point

I cant believe some of the comments some of our fans make about Turnbull. He was under no obligation to sign a contract extension . He knew he'd be leaving but signed on to ensure the club that looked after him were taken care off. We therefore got good money for him. Lennon Miller is the same he knows he won't be with us for long but extended his contract which again will give the club a chance to get some payback for for that investment. I will never give guys like that a hard time. There are so many badge kissing fuckers who take the club for a ride. I wouldn't piss on Tom Boyd, Chris Cadden or Declan Gallagher if they were on Fire. Those cunts actively did all they could to either bad mouth the club or ensure we got fuck all.1 point
