Totally deserved win and a great goal to clinch it. Off to Hampden for the second season running. Our year? It could well be. Finally, Get it right up Aberdeen and their obnoxious supporters. ”Alexa…play BBC Radio Scotland”4 points

One that will test my falling capacity for Alcohol One that proves I cant hit a golf ball One that proves I've got double vision on a pool table One that proves I have some of the best mates in the world And hopefully one that sees my team going to a semi final 🤣3 points

And another sitter missed by our nearly man. Will others concede that he’s shite yet?2 points

All i would say dude it's a bit like saying we got a clean sheet so ward must have been good....which wasn't convincing, a ropey pass in first half and a terrible punch 2nd half which nearly cost us. But, it's great we all have different views and keep it healthy. I love this forum1 point

I’m hoping they have a hard bruising game midweek before they come play us next Saturday1 point

Fantastic win and I know it's Stams job to score the goals that's his job but he was 10/10 on everything else today also SOD put in another good shift. And the best bit we haven't even hit out final boss form yet the best is yet to come! Up the Well!1 point

I guess Stamatelopoulos had his usual nearly but not quite game today then, when is JBA going to realise that he's brutal and ineffective.1 point

Not a night to be too critical but he won't do, he's not physical enough to be a nuisance and the chances he's missing are terrible1 point

Osong's a youngster who has only had a handful of first team appearances in the lower leagues. I'd have been more surprised if he had a seamless transition into the first team. He may or may not be any good, but I'd imagine it will be easier to judge later in the season. (Can you spend 8 years coming through the ranks at a team like Nottingham Forest while being shite?) Good to see we are writing players off after a handful of minutes though. It's a fine Motherwell tradition.1 point

Put the two together and you still wouldn't have a footballer. They are both shite.1 point

Struggled a bit because of how Aberdeen sat high, but sat off to try and avoid us playing through. Would have probably been easier with Just who is quite dynamic, but we figured it after about 24 mins. More than enough chances to win. Welsh is very good. Ap Stam good at hold up etc, but needs to score again today. RCC coming on to a game. O'Donnell was perfectly good again.1 point

That’s as poor as I’ve seen us and we still deserved to win . we’re undefeated and it’s nearly October ! very pleasing result1 point

Agree - I don't think AP is the issue - the final ball is the issue, need better from likes of Said.1 point

Stama just needs a goal, unlucky with header and great assist for rcc1 point

Oh FFS,,, Grand Master Beaton is the referee. This has been a horrible half hour of realisation for me.1 point

Mmmm. Not feeling so confident now. Just is a miss. Surprised Koutroumbis on bench. But JBA does like SOD. Hopefully Said and RCC are fitter, sharper than last week.1 point

Change of manager hopefully brings us a change in attitude and fortune in cup competitions1 point

Agree with this. Id probably go RCC but wouldnt be surprised if it was Said as JBA has more history with the player. One will replace the other at some point for sure.1 point

Robinson’s a prick and knows it. Kettlewell’s a prick but thinks he isn’t. I know which one I prefer.1 point

So the battle of the ex Motherwell managers / players goes to extra time! Not sure who I would prefer to win. Given any semi final would be at Hampden, Im not sure it matters. One thing is for sure though, I wouldnt swap JBA for either of our former gaffers!1 point

Not a happy clapper but can I just point out we have yet to lose a competitive game this season. Yes some frustrating results but jeez give me this style ahead of the dross we were served under previous managers. I really like JBA and I am sure we will progress under him.1 point
