  1. Happened to watch the 3 of these on BBC and i thought our bunch came over really well. Which to be honest didn’t come as a surprise. Even as an old fud I recognise their importance in creating an atmosphere and a bit of colour and I do view they do a lot for the community, as well as a lot for the young people attending games. as much as some of it was a bit cringey, in particular the the wee Simon Murray lookalike youtuber, in general it was fine and gave a good account of Motherwell as a club and as a fanbase.

  3. Also back on topic, beat Hibs, consolidate 4th and chase down Hearts for third as I fully expect them to collapse.

  4. Another great polished Jens presser, great answers about ignorant Steve Clarke and the transfer rumours by the rancid media, but the positive thing to come out of the Scottish guys non pick is that they have a chance to recharge and go again for the run in and clinch 3rd place ahead of the blue uglies. Im hoping that we all head to Fir Park on Saturday ‘n raise the roof for the team n get that result over Hibs and “Stand up for Motherwell” and ditch the negativity. CMYW!!!!

  5. Don’t agree with that at all. He has totally transformed the national side and Hampden is the hottest ticket in town. He has brought Miller into the team and done the same with Hickey, Doak and now Curtis. If someone said we would get a manager that qualified for 3/4 tournaments he competed in would bite your hand off for that.

  6. Im suprised anyone outwith his favourites turn up. Clarke is everything that is wrong with the Scottish game.

  7. Possibly. And he has had better players at his disposal. Hard to argue, however, that his predecessors massively underperformed. And I still believe we beat Denmark because the talented players ignored the tactics. 3 moments of individual brilliance instead of grinding out a 1 - 0.

  8. Spot on: thought it was just me 👽. In recent years with the low quality of fare on offer, I. was really only coming to games out of habit /sentiment and to see old pals. I've had enough of eye-bleeding football thank you and have regained my pride in the team. With their quick interpassing, almost telepathic understanding of each other's position and ability to pick holes through defences by playing in triangles/reverse passing and clever movement, they remind me so much of Bobby Ancell's team (without The Press, of course). If the manager and most of the players stay until next season I think there can be further improvement and fan engagement but once JBA finally leaves us, I trust the board to select someone with the same philosophy, given the positive effect it has had on crowds and therefore revenue. Meanwhile, to infinity and beyond!

  9. If you think our season's basically been over since Pittodrie, fair enough. I don't feel that way at all, and whatever happens in the summer, I'll wring every bit of enjoyment I can get out of the remaining games.
