That puts a different slant on it for me then. As long as the club doesn't suffer financially I think I'll split my money 3 ways between the Well Society and the 2 initiatives.

I would have liked the option to renew my season ticket but since that doesn't seem to be a choice I think I'll be putting the money into the Well Society so the club gets the income. Brilliant gesture by the club nonetheless.

This* When you compare how he's handled himself compared to you know who, he'll always be held in the highest esteem by every Well fan and I hope he goes onto bigger and better things(preferably down south)

As always it will come down to budget especially next season when the full impact of the past year will be felt. I don't think we can take any more chances on players who won't hit the ground running. If Moult could prove his injury is behind him and it's now just a match fitness thing then yeah by all means if he was up for it, as long as his wage demands weren't exorbitant. I'm just hoping we don't have another season for injuries that we've just had.

That's who got my vote Probably the last ever Motherwell player who will have played his entire Senior career at one club.

If you watch any player for 90 mins they will make mistakes whether it's a striker who misses a sitter or a midfielder who gives the ball away with a bad pass. I think his poor start to the season has blinded some folk to just how good he's been since he started regularly in his proper position. I would have no trouble in him being on the team sheet next season.

Lots of positives so far but our final pass is poor and Cole has the touch of an elephant wearing skis today which I'll give him the benefit of the doubt by putting it down to the greasy pitch.

What I'm taking from that is that he's maybe learned from his January signings that he should be looking at guys who don't have a reputation of being injury prone and not considering guys coming back from long term injuries. Players who can hit the ground running in effect. Doesn't always work but at least you're mitigating risk with that approach. In saying that I would quite happily keep Foley around as there's definitely a player in there and with a good pre season under his belt might turn out to be a good signing.

Personally I find them very distracting, especially being down at the pitch side as they tend to make me take my eyes off the game and focus on the advert. I'm still getting used to the new scoreboard anyways.

Of course he is. The collage will still be there long after he's moved on to better things than Celtic which seems to be the thing that's causing most ire.

No surprises there. He's inevitably going to end up at Aberdeen Dundee Utd or Hearts if he stays in Scotland, all depends which one stumps up the most money. Still think he could do a job down south but perhaps lacks the pace needed down there and probably doesn't want to move his young family anyway.

He's been around the League's down south long enough to know what players might be available and who would be a good fit for us. I have every confidence he will know who we need but whether the funds are there to secure them is another matter

Having Watt back gives us another dimension to our game as he proved yesterday. Do we start cautiously or go for it. Mark Lafferty out the game and cut off his supply line from the wings and we're halfway there. Would also like to see young Cornelius and Johnston getting some game time or is winning more important to us in the chase for 7th place than giving youngsters a run out

It's not just a Motherwell thing. You could take those bits of the post and copy and and paste it into any other clubs fan forums (with the possible exception of Rangers) because that's exactly what every other teams fans are saying about theirs. Think we can all agree its been a hard watch but I'm just going to pretend it didn't happen and look forward to all the usual speculation over new signings for next season.

At the end of the day his remit was to keep us up and he's done that albeit with some eye bleeding football and some strange substitutions. Tonight's game was dire but know what I couldn't really give a shit, we beat them and that's all that really matters. Can't wait for next season.
