The SPFL need to run their decision past their legal team at Kerrydale St before confirming, so this takes time. But has already been stated it will be a slap on the wrist and a fine, nothing controversial
-
In the last few years the ugly sisters teams have changed dramatically for the better, particularly the blue side, compare the team they have now to the one we faced in the playoff games. So I don't think we have got worse , the two of them have improved and they are now so far ahead of any other team in Scotland. Yes there will be the odd upset each season like Hamilton winning at Ibrox back in March, but truth be told the two of them are too good for the other 10 teams, its no accident that no other team has had a sniff at the league title other than those 2 in the last 34 years I think and it won't change anytime soon, Celtic are playing Hearts ffs for a 4th consecutive treble in a few weeks, thats how dominant they are domestically. So we have 10 teams playing for 3r or 4th and a European place, maybe even 5th this year, thats their title challenge and in that respect, we are not far off the pace, so forget games against the uglies, its the other 9 teams we play that matter.
-
In the end we got pumped, but on the brightside we still picked up a few more goals on Hamilton, they are currently 8-0 down at Ibrox, premier league records will go today I think
-
Is anybody surprised how the game is turning out our mindset against the ugly sisters is shocking we are beaten before we start, and it seems to get worse every season.
-
Thats true but playing them after they have been pumped 4-1 is never a good idea, so I hope we can heap more pressure on Lennon by getting a result, but in all honesty I fear the worst.
-
What a team we had that season, happy days.

The disciplinary board hearing the Killie and St Mirren cases still have the forfeit option open to them if its a guilty verdict, but there is no chance of it being used, a fine is the likely outcome, which in reality is no deterrent to clubs, to use the current situation to their advantage. The whole set up is a shambles.
-
Not today, but another 2 or 3 penalties for Rangers is always on the cards, anytime they play, never known a team get so many awarded .
-
Marvin Johnson looks to have scored the winner for Middlesbrough 1-0 up against Notts Forrest
-
Correct re the SPFL, but now its a disciplinary case the board hearing the case have various sanctions open to them for a guilty outcome, which include forfeiting the game, and awarding a 3-0 win.
-
St Mirren charged with 19 alleged breaches of covid regulations apparently , and they have also employed new covid staff, which all suggests some serious non compliance, I see a 3-0 win for this one. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54721968

Its UEFA organising the tournament it will be complicated.
-
I hope not, matches played to a finish on the day are much better, stops teams holding on for a draw and makes the games better as teams only have 1 chance to progress so they need to go for it.
-
Its on the horrible plastic so anything can happen, but we need to get some momentum going and if we carry on from Saturday, I can see us getting a result, 2-0 to us.
-
We were forced into an early change with Carson yesterday, and when the other subs were made it was 2-0 so they had to be made to try to secure the game, so yesterday was not the time, but I take your point, hopefully we will get other opportunities

Always been a bit behind the news the Sun, the away leg was on the 9th of July
-
Hastie can go back to Ibrox anytime he is brutal, has contributed nothing since he came back on loan, and nothing to suggest he will improve.
-
Joe cocker was the original artist. Mid 80's i think, it been covered a few times including Tom Jones.
-
Baws here was me hoping it was Lamie or seedorf that would be missing.
-
Thats not a fair method ie St Mirren beat Rangers and they lose those points, the award should be relevant to the team they were due to play, ie us
-
So two 3-0 awards for the Killie and St Mirren games from the SPFL and a good result today at home to Ross County, and we will be top 6 and chasing Europe by next week
-
Missing the point completely this is their 4th outbreak, which implies serial non compliance with the covid protocols, the 2nd game in a row they have had to pull out of a game. Yes players will test positive, no protocols are perfect, but if they are followed the exposure should be contained to a couple of players at most. Most of the other clubs don't seem to be having any trouble, so why can't St Mirren. So no I don't think St Mirren took responsible action last week, if they had the majority of their squad would have been available to play us. We will await the response from the SPFL
-
Wind your neck in , Ross was stating a totally non controversial opinion which only got picked up as it was a slow news day, ie no ugly sister stories, so club employee or punter makes no difference. His point was correct, clubs know the rules at the start of the season, the SPFL signed up to the UEFA guidelines re 13 available players, but seem to have forgotten all about it. Yes we have a positive test for 1 player, will the game go ahead tomorrow probably, will we take advantage as other clubs have done , no. If the comments start a debate to get the SPFL off the fence to start taking control, then its worth it.
-
Its the SPFL investigating Dave, they will do nothing in case they set a precedent they have to stick to, a strongly worded reprimand is all Killie will get ie " This is your final warning dont do it again"

Its on the BBC as well now https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54661325
