Samson should have came for that ball in or at the very least been all over Garner to stop him getting a clean contact on the ball, but as usual he fucked it up. We really need a keeper who will take charge once in a while as he is fecking murder.

Just watched the highlights and from the chances we created its a bit disappointing to not get the win, but considering our record there and the position we are in a point is a good days work. As for the disallowed goal, it was a bad angle on the highlights but i don't think Pearson touched the ball, the Linesman never put the flag up right away and it only went up when the rangers keeper and 1 of the defenders started running over to him, so a very poor decision for me, it looked a perfectly good goal. If we keep up that level of performance for the next 3 games against Accies, Partick and Ross county we will be safe this year

Frear gets my vote, thought he had a great game today, good pace, willing to get forward and he put some good crosses into the area the 1st time effort straight from the throw in deserved a better outcome. Special mentions for Skippy and Moult

FFS when is all this crap about Valakari going to end, the man has been interviewed twice now that we know of on 2 separate occasions for the managers job and both times he has been ignored. So we have to assume that he does not do interviews well or the board think he is unsuitable and not god's gift to football management as some on here obviously think he is. Given some of our recent results defensive and boring is what we need. All the best to Robinson if he gets us to a 10th or better finish then it will be a successful season.

On what are you basing that assumption ? I am not getting this enthusiasm for appointing somebody with i assume a limited if any knowledge of the current Scottish game, an average at best record as a manager in a league that probably nobody in Britain sees any of the matches or knows the standard. Yes he was an average at best player for us 20 odd years ago but why would that or any of his other qualities inspire passion, i bet the vast majority of the squad don't have a clue who he is.

If it was a one off then yes i would not blame them,these things happen but Motherwell make a habit of it and we never learn,not seeing games out has cost us at least 3 or 4 points this season alone. So that's why we need to be more professional so that when there is a chance to get a win or a draw we take it,playing well for 90 mins counts for nothing if you throw it all away in injury time.

It does not matter who we have as a manager they will still have to work with the players we have at the moment and if those players are not professional enough to keep a clean sheet for 91 mins and end up losing the game then we have major issues. Losing a goal after 92 mins is unacceptable 1-0 or 7-2 it's still a defeat and feck all points that's why we are 3rd bottom. We could bring in Mourinho or Guardiola but if the players are not able to see out the last few seconds of a game then we will have problems, they need to step up and be a bit more professional.

Cut off your reply at the appropriate point , yes we are humans but the harsh reality we are in points make prizes so we need to ensure that if we don't win the game we at least don't lose it. And that's where our problem is, we are absolutely dreadful at seeing games out ,and if we were we would be at least 3 or 4 points better off. As much as it is an improvement on 7-2 it's a point lost we are fecking crap at seeing games out and holding what we have that's why we are in this position. At the end of the day we might have played better and improved as a team but we still got no points and where we are in the league points are the priority so for me i would rather have a shit performance and a point over a brave effort and feck all to show for it.
