Don't think Carson was bought primarily to be a sell on for profit player. After years of keepers we had little or no confidence in someone at the club obviously saw he could fill that need for us. At 29 yrs old he was given a three year contract and if he remains until the end we will have lost nothing an gained a great deal. If he leaves sooner then the fee will reflect the sell on clause. The 40% sell on clause was probably the means of getting him for a reported £10k. To me this is is another example of your dislike of all Alan Burrows does.

It doesn't really surprise me and I was definitely a fan of his at the Club. Nullify his pace and he has limited other options going for him. Never quite filled the wing back option with us. He could easily be be described as a luxury needing other team members cover. Could you see him do the job Tait, Frear and Cadden are being asked to do?

I share your annoyance for what has happened not only these past few days but also in the past. I've no idea Just what you believe Burrows didn't do to stand up for club maybe not appealing the red card or a statement caling Regan, Doncaster, Lawell, Thomson, the the useless bastards they are, which would have resulted in him and the club being seriously punished. SFA especially and SPFL and their puppets do not take criticism kindly even when justified.

Gonna be pedantic here and say they don't. I as WS member and shareholder will I presume get 2 votes 1 for each. However I and I guess most of the fans in either of these groups do it to support the club not for rewards as has been repeated many times. In reality though I would hope that only those members who paid a lump sum at the outset and current pledging members get to vote on future WS decision. Clarification for me at least needed.

Wasn't serious about bombarding Flow with complaints but wasn't joking either that it is a poor deal for those pledging WS members who are not ST holders. I agree ST holders deserve priority but surely WS members should not be lumped in with the sale to general public many of whom I suspect have never been to FP in many years. I know what he means by the calculation!. My question is why deduct the original fee of 400k from any later fee thus reducing the add on value to us. In other words a xfer fee of £2.5m with add on of 10% is 250k AND the original 400k should not be deducted. Precisely why it is called an add on.

Why should the original fee whatever that was be deducted from the add on amount?. Example: Sold by well for 400k plus 10% add on. Sold later for 2m add on to well 200k deduct 400k result zero and it could be argued we owe money. On your thinking add on would need to be 40% just to break even. Tell me I am wrongly reading your post.
