Id be astonished , each game has been a single goal victory and confidence a lot higher and our position far less precarious.

Maybe this appointment will finally stop folk posting bookies odds on a new manager. Bookies odds tell us fuck all other than what bets are being paced by people who know fuck all. As for the appointment , its quite incredible how tightly wrapped the club kept this. Like ALL appointments its a gamble. No one ever comes with guarantees. I think he has a hell of a job ahead of him. As I have said before - and I know others don't agree - I don't rate our squad at all but all the new manager needs to do is stop us ending up 11th / 12th and in the summer we can clear out the huge amounts of dead wood in our enormous squad.

Yeah but really is that what we strive for, a new manager bounce every 18 months, to keep what is basically a crap squad from going down. The very fact this scenario is now in it 3rd or 4th iteration tells you all you need to know about the squads we have assembled

With the greatest of respect mate it doesn't matter where a squad 'had us' at a certain point in the season. A squad is built for the endeavours of a season and its where you end up at the end that matters and this squad just doesn't cut it, they are garbage.

I'm not so sure 3 wins , I've been saying for weeks that 11th will have the highest points total in the history of the play off. I think 41/42 points could see a team in the play offs.

SK was well supported by the club in three transfer windows and in the main we've assembled a squad of utter dross. None will convince me we are not the worst team in the league right now. I havent seen any team worse than us and thats frightening cos this league is full of pish.

Kaletta is slower than a week in the jail and positional sense abysmal, Euan Wilsons distribution is honking and couldnt tackle a fish supper, Maswinise is rarely in control of the ball its like the connection between his brain and his feet short circuits. I'm not saying they aren't capable of good games but their consistency is so pitifully poor it makes them completely dispensable for me...and please Im not interested in the "if they were any good they wouldn't be at Motherwell". These players serve up dross week in week out. Its been dire for nearly two seasons. If we cant aspire or find better we should give up. 3800 Motherwell fans tells its own story.
