Oh believe me I get shot of the rest too. We don't ship the goals we do cos any of them are any great shakes.
-
Casey was pish that why he was dropped , absolutely shocking in the Cup tie at Perth. He's a bloody bombscare. I'd pack him on his way. Thats not to say what is left is much better.
-
Likewise there were some slight signs that we might get our act together without actually being good.................Armstrong looks like he could do a job for us. Kaletta is fuckin awful, slower than a week in jail and piss poor in the tackle. We need 6 points from our next 9 or we are in a serios dogfight for the bottom two places.

Correct the clubs handling of this was abysmal. I have an HR background and when someone tells you've been abused the first thing you DONT do is say OK that's fine we will send a message out to the entire workforce telling them they should not abuse a colleague ... What should have happened is 1. The club ask for evidence or someone independent who can verify the accusations or if the complainant can identify the abuser/s . I accept this is harder in a football ground environment. So then you move onto 2 below. 2. If no such evidence is forthcoming you offer the complainant support and tell them what mitigations you will put in place to protect them and advise you will monitor the situation going forward to identify future incidents and ensure there is no repeat. 3. You then use any evidence and take whatever actions are required. 4. If the complainant then resigns you issue the necessary comms making sure you are fair and diplomatic in your language.

and like everyone else on the pitch he was pish. Was a dreadful , dreadful game.
-
They better enjoy getting the ball at head height and with their back to goal all the time.
-
That's what I find so infuriating, everyone from 3rd down is pish and we wouldn't need that much of an improvement to challenge Dundee Utd but frankly I can't see where our improvement is coming from. Killie now 1-0 up and both these teams are garbage.
-
This Kilmarnock v Dundee Utd game would turn you to stone, so maybe there is hope for us. Campbell doing nowt so far to stand out from the pish on show..
-
id be a bit more optimistic if I saw us addressing the worst part of the team - midfield - instead of bringing in an endless line of strikers. With a midfield so weak we will continue to ignore it and play hoofball, so most of these strikers are up against it from day one.
-
we obviously think the midfield is a place to be avoided. 1 -2 - 8
-
I only need to look at these teams when they play us and also watch a lot of the other teams live and I stand by my assertion. Watched the St Mirren v St Johnstone game and it was pish but both of them played more football in 45 mins that we do in two games. If we continue to play as we have my bet is safe.
-
I said for weeks I think we are one of the two fall guys this season and have seen absolutely nothing to make me change my mind.
-
Now that we are 7th is it OK to say we are shite and SK was not the great young manager we've all been told. 😁 StJ beating St Mirren and doing their best to put the wind up us and the rest of the shite. UPDATE.. we are back up to 6th SKL was fab😁

I thought his resume /analysis was spot on and long overdue.
-
There is a lot of back peddling going on from the club following their ridiculous comms earlier in the week. Not before time.
-
I actually don't think their is anything wrong with booing - at the end of a match. I don't think booing or shouting at players during a game is any use at all. However at the end of a utterly turgid performance, of which we see many, there is nowt wrong showing you displeasure, in my eyes. Others are free to disagree. The ones that baffle me are the ones that stand and applaud at FT when we've been fuckin horsed without so much as a single shot on target and played hoofball all night.
-
Correct.

Had Aberdeen had 11 men I would agree but they had 10 men for 45 mins and we never laid glove on them. Given our historical fuck ups against 10 men and our complete inability to keep possession for more than 2 minutes there was plenty to be exasperated about. Frankly I'll always reserve my right to be exasperated at any game and moan like fuck when we play absolute pish. Does that mean I abuse the manager of individual players ? no it doesn't.
-
I agree I'm not fussed he's gone but the club have been amateurish and been a PR disaster dealing with it. I've felt bored out my tits for nearly 18 months watching his teams. His timing has also been a clusterfuck for us , instead of strengthening in the Jan window we are in complete limbo. Wasnt going to the Celtic game on Sunday if SK had still been there but I'll go now in the hope of seeing a different approach albeit it will end in the usual defeat.
-
The whole thing has been a clusterfuck from the club. I worked in HR for years. The first thing you do is do an investigation before issue a sweeping statement putting suspicion on everyone. What should have happened is 1. SK should have advised BC when he first became aware of personal abuse. 2. BC should have told SK what support and mitigations would be put in place to ensure he stayed as manager if that is what he truly wanted. Those mitigations should have been a statement issued from the club along the lines "the club have been made aware of personal abuse being directed at SK from a small number of fans located in XXXXX. The club will not tolerate this. Stewards and Security have been alerted and going forward any supporters found to be carrying out such abuse will be ejected from the ground and temporary bans put in place. Repeat offenders will have lifetime bans imposed". but no they just issue a statement saying we have regrettably accepted SK resignation because of abuse from fans. A curse on all our supporters allowing a media feeding frenzy to develop. If the club did offer this solution to SK and he still wanted to resign they should have said so, along the lines of "the club have been made aware of personal abuse being directed at SK from a small number of fans located in XXXXX. The club will not tolerate this. The club offered to put mitigations in place to give SK assurances that this will not go on un-challeged. SK has refused such an offer an we have regrettably accepted his resignation".

I cant understand why , if it was so bad, why SK didn't flag it to Caldwell. All the club would then need to do would be position stewards in the main stand who could eject those involved. When I was at work I used to complain about staff not flagging problems in the workplace until something blew up. Then its a case of trying to get to the bottom of "he said / she said". I told my managers and staff if they wanted something done about issues between staff to flag it up the minute it happens , not 8 months later when someone wants to retrospectively raise a grievance when no bugger knows fuck all about it.

my thoughts on the day too. An utter arsehole ..
-
Bruce Cleland and Joe Carson scored , remember it like it was yesterday.
-
Cant be right all the handwringers were telling us no one would want the job cos Motherwell fans are so horrendous.
-
My final thoughts on SK. We have been hearing what a great guy he is how shabbily he's been treated, yet Stephen Frail said he knew nothing about SK intention to resign. Surely if your actions were going to probably cost your assistant their job you'd give them a heads up.
