  1. Frails relationship with Kettlewell was strained I believe Loads will apply as always...its a great job, with supportive people at the Club, a decent budget and a good salary The day that fitba supporters don't let their frustrations be known to players, managers and club officials, is a day that will never happen. Wow... I don't 'hate' him and genuinely couldn't give a shite what his background is...I dislike him because he is an obnoxious wee fanny who has a habit of falling out with folk AND his managerial record is pish Anne Kettlewell has surprised me by leaving, but maybe a pragmatism has kicked in? He doesn't want a relegation on his CV and can see that's the way we are hurtling Wonder if he will apply again Seems to me that his family didn't like what they were hearing in regards to SK from the stands rather than them being abused personally...it would be a bit odd for the average punter to even know if he had a wife, let alone who she actually is.
  2. Can we get Steelboy back so we can hear his thoughts?
  3. Basically...shut the fuck up and watch whatever I put in front of you, because you've never kicked a baw properly. Dangerous road to go down
  4. Maybe he's slightly over-hyped (or well marketed) by the club? He made a dreadful decision going to Parkhead, a club that really doesn't fancy playing many young Scots when it matters Hopefully the club know what they are doing...its a very brave game to be playing with under 18months to go on his contract
  5. They come to our club because they have bills to pay...and like it or not, I'd imagine every club has similar reactions from fans who are enduring some utterly miserable performances
  6. I'd cut out the daft individuals that are making them...particularly the ones that are repeat offenders
  7. I genuinely cannot believe we are still persevering with Stephen O'Donnell, people keep comparing him to Paul McGinn but one is consistent and the other an absolute abomination
  8. It was a shite challenge and Watkins knew exactly what he was doing...it had potential to be very nasty for Gordon
  9. When we're shite, we're really shite...such a difficult watch
  10. We played a game relatively recently at Ross County, where the travelling support were not considered
  11. Struggling for positives from that 90minutes, absolutely crap from back to front. 3 centre backs uncomfortable on the ball, that absolutely liability wearing the captains armband on the right and young Wilson who looks devoid of confidence. The midfield 3 is an absolute abomination, the 3 of them are pish. Watt is playing based on former glories and anyone that thinks Maswanhise is a centre forward needs certified.
  12. What a starting midfield 3 that is as well...holy fuck.
  13. We deserve everything we get by giving that clown ODonnell the time of day
  14. Fine margins in that 1st half...I felt that we completely nullified them, and if it wasn't for that penalty (which I felt was incredibly soft) then the game plan would have worked to a tee.
  15. That referee hasn't just made a mistake...he's proven that belief from some quarters, that referees are arrogant, belligerent and unapproachable...how often do we hear players and managers say that a referee wouldnt talk to them or wouldn't explain a decision either during a game or after it? This referee in particular, instead of realising his clear mistake that was recognised by everyone who had the ability to rewatch it, doubled down on his decision in a show of 'I'm right and everyone else is wrong', his hand gestures to casey and his stomping around the field of play displayed a real arrogance. I genuinely believe we wouldn't lose much if he was never allowed to referee at our level again. People pay good money to watch football, not a display such as this by a trumped up wee fanny, that's managed to pass a few courses to get him fired into the limelight.
  16. Absolutely bizarre stuff from the refereeing/var team tonight. Giving the red card is one thing...but having the ability to 'have another look' and then double down, is quite another. Totally baffling stuff and another black mark against VAR for me... Less said about Killies penalty appeal, the better. Again, what are the VAR folk looking at? On the game, we looked jaded, well off it and didn't really ever control the game at all. A point is a decent outcome
  17. We've been on the receiving end plenty times...whether the refs admit it or not. You're also stretching the truth by saying that it cost Rangers the game...plenty of things can happen during the spot kick (that was never awarded) and afterwards. For me, VAR was introduced as a tool to take away the dubiety...but we've literally spent days listening to differing opinions on this one decision...its tedious in the extreme. I would literally only use VAR to see if the baw has crossed the goalmouth and allow the referee to referee the rest.
  18. I agree...its a load of shite, and the hours of utter tedious discussions on Sundays cup final prove that. That said, I see no way that we will ever see the back of the system being involved in the game
  19. Ayr Utds new stand cost circa 2million I'm sure with another 6million available we could get something decent
  20. Being honest, I thought we played well and were the better side up until we lost the 2nd goal...really unsure why that wasn't stopped for a head knock?? After that we fell to bits...having a wee boy as captain is mental, because at times like that we need someone to grip the whole team and get them re-focussed.
