I actually don't know what he's said to justify Lennons non-inclusion but I'm not surprised he's not been called up...if he was a right back, goalie, central defender, striker or winger I'd be raging but central midfield is Scotlands strongest position by a country mile.

I've a feeling that you're right...its no coincidence that there have been murmurings of working groups and such looking at the viability of restructuring areas of the ground, just at the optimum time to punt the clubs cash cow. I agree...he looks knackered. He's an 18 year old kid who, apart from playing constantly, is now the captain and has incessant speculation on his future to contend with. The fact the SFA called him up to the 19s was ludicrous but the fact we didn't insist on his withdrawal was criminal...although I understand that the player would have the final say. He's an outstanding 18 year old player playing in the SPL for a smallish provincial club...I'd love these figures to be accurate but I have my doubts that we'd be demanding that type of cash and that there will be clubs out there willing to pay it. We didn't sell more tickets...Celtic fans found novel ways to enter the ground without having a ticket bought from Motherwell Football Club. I seen you state that people don't double-up to get into the ground - I can assure you they do.

Brian Caldwell, in my opinion, is doing a very good job in his early days at the Club...comes across well, is engaging with fans and the community, he's moving to get players tied down on longer contracts... ...but he's kidding nobody (apart from David and Wellgirl), that the South Stand wasn't overcrowded with they manky gits...why would he 'lie'? Maybe he's getting duff info from whoever collates our safety data...maybe by admitting there were issues could see the club in hot water and he is working on how to combat their next visit behind the scenes...who knows, but this will bite us on the bahookie if we allow it to continue.
