Some cards from last season will be getting replaced , some peoples cards will just get re-activated to work again this season it was explained as something to do with the system in the background, where certain 'categories' in the system were getting restructured, to help the business processes from our 5 purchased , I think two were due to get replaced , one a free kid add on and the other a student? Very much this^ Felt like the first time in decades we had a a squad worth developing, at a club who were equally in best financial postion in many decades, yes we had debt, but on very favourable terms, that most trading businesses would love to have access to. but the squad has been totally decimated, even the next phase of kids has been broken up we've not always been a selling club, the only success in most of our lifetimes came from allowing a manager to build a squad season to season for success, then Bosman reset that and it felt like last season was the first opportunity since that the club had worked to a position to build on, it will not hapen very often as the model includes offering players opportunity to relaunch career, so can only build core from within but it seems every single influencer in the club and society are chasing the income over the team capability, I'm sure they do it in good faith and with good will, but I just wish they hadn't been desperate to sell on the kids

Gillespie was MOTM for me , not easy to outshine Turnbull , but some outstanding saves including a penalty stop. note on Donnelly havng a very decent game , building up his confidence and showing some of the promise his development history portrays, right up until Robnson having one of his total brainfarts and dropping him in leftback, where he had all but destroyed the lads confidence earlier in the season - insanity or just checking his capability?

5-10 goal assists per season from a LB/Tait are lost , he just doesn't get as far up the park and into an assist position anything like his norm when he's on the left ( in any formation/team)

was pretty clear cut whislt it hit the back elbow area , he had his arm up and extended and was side on to the shot, sort of sliding in to get in a blocking position
