  1. It looks a mobile and pacy line up we've gone for tonight, with good options on the bench. Any win will do me fine, and I predict 2-0 for us.
  2. I voted yes but I'd add that I feel Brown and Knox should be installed until the end of the season and no further just now. Things should be assessed once the season ends to see where we are.

    Kilmarnock

A tremendous team performance all round, with a number of the guys in line for my MOTM vote. However it was Las who impressed most over the 90 minutes for me, altough O'Brien and Coke were excellent too.
  4. Terrific performance all round today. Fairly solid defensively, hard working and creative in midfield, and up front we showed pace and tenacity. The goals were all tremendous and the win was thoroughly deserved. Absolutely delighted with it all, need to keep it going though.
  5. You are spot on, in the 'keeper's top right hand corner, an absolute beauty!
  6. More snowfall last night. Not so confident now I have to say.
  7. If the game goes ahead I'd like to see the following team take to the field. Ruddy Hateley; Craigan; Reynolds; Hammell Lasley; Jennings; Forbes O'Brien Jutkiewitz; Sutton We really need a win but usually find them hard to come by at Rugby Park, where Killie traditionally boot and bore their way to points against us. Perhaps the departure of old crabbit chops might release the shackles from the Killie players, which could work for or against us, who knows? My prediction (head ruling heart) says 0-0, but my heart hopes we can sneak it!!
  8. Not enough effort seems to be being made by Killie within their own grounds to clear the snow and ice. It may be a bit treacherous but folk have been getting around to work etc so why not the fitba? Too many of the health and safety brigade about theses days!!
  9. Whatever peoples's views are, the truth of the matter is we do need to start picking up points soon, otherwise we WILL get dragged into a basement battle. Losing becomes a habit the same as winnng does, and with no win in 8 we are long overdue a three pointer. Saturday would be sweet!
  10. If we can beat ICT a home tie against the likes of Montrose, Stirling Albion etc will do me just fine.
  11. We definitely DO NOT get value for money overall in the SPL. Leaving aside the quality of the product, which can vary from excellent to shite, the average cost of an SPL ticket is too high when added to the other costs involved in supporting your team. Sadly most chairman think that even by making ticket prices £15 there wouldn't be an immediate rise in attendances to cover the cost of the drop in price. They are probably right too if we're being honest.
  12. Lovely news! Congrats to Crags and his good lady.
  13. I think its best to wait and see if it actually happens before slaughtering young Slane. There was talk of him signing a deal with us too so its all up in the air as far as I'm concerned.
  14. I'd love him to stay as I think he'll really flourish in the next couple of years, and I want to see that happen in Claret and Amber.

    Giles

Hope big Giles gets the chance to play a more attacking creative role in midfield as I feel he'll be hugely effective if he does.
  16. I assume if it is on we'll see ye there big fella?
  17. With all due respect to Gus, no thanks!
  18. Fair play to Leeann for coming on here to give her views, at least it proves there are open lines of communication.
  19. Surely it wouldn't cost that much to upgrade the toilets, fix the roof, improve the catering and overhaul the tannoy in the East? A stand sponsorhip deal could provide some finance for those improvements which are sorely needed.
  20. Great news that the deal isn't dead in the water. This buys us some time to get a deal done, fingers crossed. I assume most folk won't be bothered to see the back of Yassin, especially as Hateley can play there very well.
  21. Wherever he ends up I wish him all the best. Never a star player but he always tried his best. Good luck Stevie.
  22. A very happy new year to Well fans the world over!
  23. Think he was destined to end up there at some point, poor stuff that he never made it at Brighton though.

    Game Off

I have to say that is nowhere near good enough. Having a playable pitch should ensure we have a game, and exactly how badly have the pipes burst that we need to postpone the game over 24 hours before the scheduled kick off time? Huge disappointment.
