Yes, minimal changes are what is required for Saturday. Its usually tough up there, and they'll be full of confidence (when are they not??!!!) after last night's result. One change for me, Jenno for Giles. It should be a very close game, and I anticipate this being the stiffest test of Broon's team so far. I'd be more than happy with a point and can foresee another 0-0.
-
I'd like more defensive cover, as I'd be tempted to allow Hutch plenty of time to recover and play a few U-19 games, the same with Saunders who has been short of confidence lately. Both will be fantastic assets to the club but having given them a taste of the first team, I think it's time to remove them from the limelight for a spell.

My vote went to Crags, but both Reynolds and Ruddy were excellent too. Special mention to Sutty who did a manful job in left mid after Giles' dismissal.

If you'd offered me a point at half time I'd have taken it, so in the end I'm not too disappointed with the 0-0, especially as I anticipated it being a difficult night given their last performance. That said they were there for the taking, even with us having ten men. As regards big Giles red, as soon as the Falkirk players got all uppity and ran over making a big noise, I knew that shytebag Richmond would send him off. At the time I felt it was outrageous but I can see why he was dismissed. Not malicious but mistimed very badly! Mind you, if the Falkirk team but as much effort into playing fitba and scoring goals as they did in trying to get big Giles sent off, they wouldn't be bottom of the league! With ten men I felt we looked more dangerous going forward, and with a better final ball could've won it. All in all, not too bad.

Falkirk's humping on Sunday makes me more nervous than I previously was! You often see teams who play so poorly and get savaged by their fans and the manager show a positive reaction next time out, so I anticipate a very tough night. That said we should have plenty of confidence, and I'd pick the same team if the Duke is fit, otherwise Murph can start after his goal on Saturday. Our record aint great at Falkirk recently, so draw wouldn't be too bad an outcome. Having said that, I think if we go at them from the off they will be nervy, and an early goal for us could see them collapse. 2-0 to us.

I would welcome Faddy back at the end of his career with open arms, as long as his performances were decent enough so as not to ruin our memories of him. If that were the case than I'd rather he didn't return. However, Fir Park seems to be his spiritual home and I feel sure he'd burst a gut to finish on a high, so roll on the summer of 2016!!

I think prices have to be reduced for both season tickets and pay at the gate. The idea of paying a deposit to encourage a cheaper ticket for everyone, and some the ideas mentioned have been excellent. I'd be up for a scheme similar to that. Gate prices have to be looked at too, for both home and away fans. Any discounts seem to only benefit families, which is great for them but a huge percentage of our support are full paying adults, so what's in it for us? Everyone would love a cheaper deal but the clubs can't seem to afford to simply drop the admission prices, so what can be done? As someone else pointed out it would take all the non- Old Firm clubs in the SPL to get round the table to agree to a plan. Maybe a discount for travelling season ticket holders? Perhaps a deal for those buying a ticket in advance?

A 3-1 away win will do fine this time!! He's not the worst by a long way.

Great result and for me a deserved three points. The first half was scrappy, which it always seems to be when we play St Mirren! They were very physical and I was hugely disappointed in McDonald not affording us more protection, not to mention dishing out some cards. Second half was much better and we did play some decent stuff at times. We defended strongly and had a grip in midfield, where Las and Giles were excellent. The loss of The Duke was a blow but Murph and Sutty did well and scored good goals. Aren't they all?!! Here's hoping we can keep it going and take at least four points in the coming week.
-
A disappointing attendance but not surprising. When its around £20 to get in for a lunchtime kick off that's on freeview, that's what's going to happen. St Mirren were lucky if they brought 200 with them, but if we'd dropped the prices to a tenner, would we have got a much bigger crowd?

Las got my vote, although Crags and Giles were both excellent too.

That isn't a 'no' though is it mate!!!

Its usually a very tough and tight game against the Buddies. They haven't been hammered by anyone this season so I'd be surprised if we enjoyed a comfortable win. Team wise a lot depends on the fitness of the Duke. Hopefully he's got over the kicking he got on Monday, if so I expect us to win. I'd re-instate Sutty up front with him and play both O'brien and Hump on the wings to provide ammunition. I'm going to say 3-1 to us as I'm in a good mood, although it could be anything today! Mon the Well!!

The rest of this season still does have something to grab my interest. We aren't too far off being involved in the Euro shake-up, although we are just as many points off being in a relegation scrap, so it'll be interesting to see which way we go! In terms of the future, we do have a number of players out of contract in the summer, not to mention no permanent manager. I'd hate us to be in the same situation as we were last season, so getting as many players signed up is a must. Achieving Top Six status would be pretty good, and as well as giving us a shot at another Euro campaign would also give us the superb opportunity to make the Bigot Brothers cack it in their title run-in!
-
No reason why it can't happen, so here's hoping common sense prevails.
-
Unable to attend myself sadly, hope there is a good turnout of Well fans for his family.
-
If Accies go out tomorrow then at least we can have a fixture on February 6th, and play our postponed league fixture on that day? That would soften the blow, having a game on the day of the next round. Nowt worse than having sod all to do!

A rogue's gallery if ever I saw one!!!
-
Loads of Motherwell managers have come unstuck against lower league opposition, so I wouldn't bin Brown and Knox for this.
-
As I said its not an excuse, but it must be a factor given the fact that Caley didn't have a game at the weekend.
-
Playing 2 games in 3 days is obviously a tough one to deal with, especially with Caley being fresh. Not an excuse for being 2-0 down but it must have an effect. Did the SFA REALLY need to have these games tonight?
-
Robbo canny even get oor subby right! Saunders off, Murphy on! Go for it Well!!
-
Charlie has always been a bit up and down with us, but like McDonald has seemed to be a bit better this season. Time will tell though....
-
Dougie has been the best ref so far this season, and has been decent in the games he's done involving us. Here's hoping it continues this weekend!

This is the first time I've listened to the 'open all mics' show, it seems like a disorganised Soccer Saturday on the radio!! I expect this to be a bit weird!! Mon the Well!!
