Griffiths is the backup keeper. No reflection on Griffiths or his performance, but there's no reason Carson shouldn't start the next game. That seems to be the way the goalkeeping hierarchy operates. Nice to have two good keepers, though.

I think I mentioned this when his name was being touted around the last time, but between his last time at St Johnstone and his time at Rangers he played 100 games and only scored 15 goals.
