  1. Scottish Sun says it's all sorted out now as Brown welcomes Turnbull to Cetic Bye Davie And halfway through another story in the same paper Sheffield Wednesday have matched the £3 Millon pound valuation.... So maybe just covering all bases..
  2. from the bbc gossip From the Sun Sheffield Wednesday Link
  3. The reports I am seeing is that the offer is £3 million plus add-ons. Also bids were knocked back last week of £2 million and less. So not the first bid that has been accepted. Club did say it would take at least £3 million and that appears to be what we have got. I'll be gutted to see him go but I am hoping that another club does come in for him.
  4. So Barnsley bid £2Million will be from Barnsley as we all know that Celtic would have been looking at spending about £250K...
  5. If we are naming Subs... I take it there'll be a spot for Kirky?
  6. I am seeing reports that Morelos is a £20million target for Newcastle..... Surely if that's the case Turnbull has to be worth that... he even manages to stay on the pitch for 90 minutes
  7. Thought I'd post this in here, Connor Sammon released by Hearts... hope we don't see that name in the 2019/20 rebuild thread..
  8. Just saw an article that has led to another grey hair... 31 year old, Darren Smith signs for Clyde.. surely he can't be in his thirties already.....
  9. Apparently, they are also keen on tying up James Wilson on a permanent contract, despite him only scoring 3 goals last season. Makes you wonder if niether of these players hit a purple patch next season, where they finish. On Main, I liked him, did a lot of work up front on his own at times. Although you could see that not scoring was getting too him, he had enough chances just felt that he tried too hard to get that kick start.
  10. Wasn't nice being papped out of the Davie Cooper stand to allow the Old Firm fans to have it. So I have felt that POD fans have had a bad deal when they are accommodated in there. I can sometimes see it for some of the other games but why should you have to give up your usual seat or season ticket seat to let someone else sit there. The South Stand is there, I would rather see it in use than lying empty during a game. On the other side, the Evil Sisters are already reducing the number of tickets for away fans, they still get a better view of the game and less hassle than when we go there. So they can't complain if they only get the South Stand.
  11. Really like those strips. Would look pretty smart as polo tops as well for the holidays...
  12. Totally gutted today.... On Call so didn't go... of course no calls during gane time Although after a muck up with TicketMaster not sending me an email for a ticket I got for the younger one, I ended up having to go through to FP to sort it, then walk away....
  13. Apparently, Liam Brown could be heading to the Pars.
  14. The post said it would cost Hearts and Aberdeen, clubs previously linked with more than Doncaster would have to pay. So not sure how much that would cost them. Doncaster interested in Cadden.
  15. Posted that in other football, earlier in the week and my thoughts were the same as yours as to who that would be. On another note I am seeing a post on FB that Doncaster and interested in Cadden.
  16. Skippy eventually getting a move to Australia.
  17. That's what I thought was going to happen when Livingstone came on. Was surprised as well to see Semple playing as a centre midfield as well, I thought he was a forward.
  18. Same story but from the Sun... anyone spot the difference in the article.. I thought I'd missed an announcement :) Spot the difference
  19. Has Hastie been confirmed anywhere? Seen this from Scott Mullen, only 3 hours ago.
  20. Scott Mullen on BBC site advising lights are out at Fir Park.
  21. Hate to bust the bubble.... Bradford Forums reporting that he was one of a number of strikers offered but Bradford said No.
  22. Looks like McCulloch out of the running now as he has joined Utd's backroom staff. From the BBC Gossip page. Former Rangers captain Lee McCulloch has clinched his return to the dugout after agreeing to join Robbie Neilson's backroom team at Dundee United. (Herald)
  23. Happy to see this get over the finishing line. Welcome back Rosco. I see that Preston signed Stockley from Exeter after Bowman's arrival. Wonder if we can Louis back on loan
  24. Glad that is now sorted, now just for the official announcement from our side
