I watched it on sky sports there, awful game. Whoever tells you the game down there has better quality need a reality check. Turnbull came on for 30mins and looked the best player on the park. Also Ben Heneghan playing with port vale. …. Looked like he was dragging a cart behind him all game.

I do prefer Ox as he’s got more of a presence about him but Ward hasn’t done a lot wrong so far? Connelly looks a good young keeper but he’s far too small to be a top level goalie I fear.

Cardiff pay silly money as well, by all accounts he’s ended up getting £10k pw more at Cardiff than he did at Celtic. money isn’t everything tho as he’s taken that for a detrimental effect on his career…. I see Allan Campbell had a weeks trial at Oxford and they decided they didn’t want to sign him. Really sad for the lad but it’s not looking great for him, I can see him ending up at Partick or something? also Turnbull was dropped from the Cardiff team this weekend due to him breaking club discipline rules?? Wtf has happened to him? I’m hoping that’s just a one off incident.

Don’t know much about this lad and I can’t recall him playing up here to any extent but his scoring record isn’t bad at all.

I’ve resigned myself to the prospect of an up and down season. I agree we could be capable of turning over some teams if we click but we are also more than capable of losing calamity style when it doesn’t click. it’ll be interesting regardless but having watched all the SPFL games this weekend there’s nothing there to fear really. Quite a lot of bang average sides.

Watching the st mirren v Celtic game and it’s awful. St mirren are just like last year, big and horrible playing hoofball and Celtic look poor and out of sorts. i think the league is ours this year 🤣

I agree, I think the same with Halliday, good players who are pretty tuned in to how the manager wants to play and can give you a good 30mins. Any longer than that then I might not be so sure.

Faddy was brilliant, I think he’s very tuned in on our fans mentality as well, he tends to be spot on with his views. to be fair, those 3 yesterday (Boyd and Sutton) are box office, I find them quite funny.

I agree but I think this tends to happen when we play one of the uglies and the other ugly isn’t playing. unfortunately due to the area we are awash with the glory hunters linked to clubs due to their religious preference…… there are some decent ones out there who enjoy coming along to our games mind you, I just wish they would come more often.
