Have they signed the guy. Earlier it said he was only travelling up tonight to get his medical.

I read somewhere amongst the noise it was a done deal, but that may have been premature.

Be glad when it gets to 1101pm this evening and Maswanishe is still with us. I believe in Jens trust his judgement.

Jens and the Board. It seems that they are all 100% behind keeping the team together.

I don't understand what the all the worry about about players leaving it was never going to happen unless an obscene amount was offered to us.

We are on a totally different path now look how the club dealt with Lennon Miller held our ground and got what we wanted.

We are in such safe hands and thinking minds I am so chilled out about today we are not scrambling around signing utter dog toffee and hoping for the best.

Think Sam coming back with the other returning players covers midfield. Welsh hopefully back will help the centre backs. Still think we need a left full back as cover.  Hibs have strengthened as have Celtic rangers and hearts. Let’s hope that their new additions take time to bed in while our core group maintains an already brilliant season.

Dare to dream of third…

Why only third?

Welsh back on loan is all I'd expect in. We'd apparently asked Norwich for Lewis Gibbs on loan but that was dependant on them signing a CM which they never did. Can't help but feel we need a LB but I don't think we'll be getting 1. Guess he's trusting 1 of Ross, JK, SOD or Halliday to be the solution there.

11pm and it’s all over…… I think I’m now safe to go to bed in the knowledge we’ve not sold anyone. Hopefully Welsh will be signed by morning.

I'm neither here nor there about Welsh. If we go on a cup run, do you want to change a line up, not just for cup games themselves, but in the games leading up to them ?

Only misstep we’ve made this window.
if/when SW returns it’s ridiculous that it’s not sorted well much earlier in day to concentrate on game tomorrow and not this circus.

Only a circus for us, I'm sure Jens went to bed tonight thinking how to beat Dundee

I think he’s a big part of our team who know exactly how JBA wants him to play and yes it means changes for cup games but JBA has been making changes for numerous games so I’m not too worried about that.

probably true but then presumably not including Welsh in his plans so another game where he is unlikely to feature.

As others have said, I'd have liked a left back but given our performance against Celtic with Koutroumbis at left back, maybe we're saving a wage.

It's often been a case of scrambling around in January looking for players to dig us out of a hole so this kind of relaxed window with a 'if nothing happens we'll be fine" probably feels odd as a Motherwell fan...

I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be able to play, if the manager wants him to. It's just like he's been out injured for a couple of weeks.
