texanwellfan Posted August 30 Report Share Posted August 30 We need to improve up top (seems strange after scoring 5 goals in two games but I think it’s a fair comment) and in defence. Having said that, when you consider that we have dropped 4 points due to glaring errors, you have to say that our style of play is working. Spiderpig Posted August 30 Report Share Posted August 30 Shocking goal keeping cost us 2 points last week, and the same again today, all our great play counts for nothing if we cant rely on a keeper to catch a feckin Ball under no pressure at all. Once we went 2-1 Killie never looked like scoring until Motherwells version of Andre Onana played his part, he needs dropped ASAP. Lost possession in final 3rd as keeper panicked about playing it out from back and subsequently flapped and missed the cross. Was similar goal conceded in schools football every week. Badly need to address goalkeeper issue. That's 4 points cost now. Also O'Donnell looked uncomfortable at times having to pass instead of launching balls. For me subs should of been Johnny K for SOD, Said for Cook and Stam for Hendry why he took Watt and Maswanhise off is an absolute mystery.
