Jammy fuck all. We have shown for weeks now that we are a bombscare at the back and today we have finally been punished for it.

You really are an arsehole, have a look at yourself ffs🤦‍♂️

From the moment they equalised that was only going one way. They were in full panic mode and didn't know what to do. Qué the goalie literally handing them a goal and their tails were up. Never got a foot on the ball from that moment on.

It’s yet another case of “what might have been” in what has been a season of “what might have beens”.

For all we do play some entertaining stuff we are incapable of actually making it count and that is why, here we are, 5th October and we have ONE solitary league win to our name. And even that only came about thanks to a stoppage time goalkeeper blunder. If we are being honest Aberdeen should have beaten us last week.

We are largely ineffective up front, though credit goes to AP for today and the less said about the backline and goalkeeper the better.

Fur coat, no knickers.

He’s not a fan. He’s an attention seeking, doom laden troll who gets off on us losing - and then thinks that he has some powerful insight when his negative predictions sometimes (by the laws of probability) are correct. Ignore and concentrate on the proper fans.

Disappointed but we deserved nothing today. If you defend like that you take what's coming.

Correct and it’s been a recurring theme all season, we struggle at the back and look likely to concede any time balls are put into the box. Welsh was a big loss today but we knew he would be.

We also need to learn how to properly manage a game when we are in the ascendancy because we are continually losing points from winning positions. It’s all well and good blaming Ward, and yes he does need to take the blame for the second today as well as Tynecastle and vs Killie at FP. Teams will know that Ward has a mistake in them and will then seek to bombard us at the back, but we don’t do ourselves any favours in terms of combatting that. Again, Halliday not brought on late on. Why? We’re probably not getting 90 mins out of him anymore but he’s an option for late on to tighten things up yet he’s never brought on.

It’s just so, so frustrating.

That’s a tough one to take. Although we tired, I still think we would have came out with at least A point if we hadn’t gifted them their second goal.
We Know that playing the way we do there will be mistakes from time to time costing us a goal but it’s hard to take when it costs us points. Different when you give a goal away but still win 3-1.
Desperately need Slats, Just and Sparrow back and available so we can maintain our energy level the last 20 minutes.

Bombscare goalie, a weak bench, and pure naivety. It undoes all the good we show and it can’t go on. We’ve got three winnable games before the semifinal and we need at least 6–7 points to lift us for the cup game.

Can't be frustrating for you surely. You said 'game over' after their first goal.

Bring on international break. That was shit. Poor defending at 3rd goal. Calamity ward conceding 2nd.

Correct Ward will take the heat off Priestman for his absolute fuck all effort to prevent the 3rd goal. Stood with his finger up his arse admiring the view as the Celtic player strode into the box to receive the pass to set up the goal. Osong is utterly dreadful too

Thats absolutely heartbreaking.

It felt like a defeat at 2-2 but to lose it in injury time is an absolute ballbuster.

We started the second half very well and deseved to go ahead.

After that I thought we got too deep, didnt keep the ball well enough and when we needed to freshen up from the bench we didnt have sufficient quality to see it home.

Priestman and SOD are fine but Osong offers nothing beyond that it was Halliday and some young boys.

Those blaming Ward for the second goal, I get that its his mistake, but for me that ones on the manager. At 2-1 up he has to get the message out to take fewer chances at the back. I get he wants us to be brave and he will point to the Hearts game as to why we should continue to play our game, but every now and again you just need to clear your lines and allow your team mates to get back in position.

Lots to like about our play again. Nice to see Stama get 2 goals, but looks like we will be carrying a few injuries into the break. Hopefully they arent serious, because the only way our results and league position improves is by having a deeper squad that allows us to substitute players before they are absolutely out on their feet.

Losing like that is a lot more frustrating than losing 4-0.

Its frustrating because yet again we have been in a good position only for poor game management, poor defending and poor goalkeeping to undo it all.

Do you accept now that we did have a chance in that game and had we managed the game better we would have got something?
