That is as much of a sore one than I can remember. Really gutting and even at 2-2 I felt they wouldnโ€™t and didnโ€™t looK like scoring.

sickening we need to wait for 2 more weeks to get over that one. Thats going to hang about like a rancid fartย

Iโ€™ll have to see it again but at the time I thought the 6 yard box was Like central station. There were far too many bodies in our face to be trying to pick out a player.ย

Correct the pass he made straight to the Celtic player was just plain wrong, there wasn't a Motherwell player waiting to receive it.ย

I would disagree in part. In the system we play we need a keeper who is comfortable playing at the back. There were numerous times today we opened up good space based on playing from the keeper across the back opening up big spaces in the midfield. What we need is a keeper whose judgement is more focused, play out from the back as part of the new system but when we have an opposition player just about inside our man's shorts the keeper does not play the ball to him. In todays fuck up the keeper wasn't even passing it to a Motherwell man, had it not gone straight to the Celtic player there wasn't a Motherwell player waiting in open space for it. It was just a complete and utter mental cluster fuck and horrendous judgement from the keeper.ย

I agree with that system we need a keeper good with feet and able to make correct decision,ย  sadly Ward isn't that keeper.ย  Folk were crying out for Stama to get dropped cos he wasn't scoring.ย  ย Same should apply to Ward after 4 errors in 3 games which have been massive.ย  ย  Also he almost made another howler with feet at 2-2

To go to parkhead score a couple of goals and give a decent account of ourselves is an improvement in my book .ย

It is pal, that's what makes it so frustrating today.ย  If we beat buddies in cup and sellik win we at least have some belief

Like us all , gutted and frustrated because we looked like we could win.ย
ย

Itโ€™s too easy to blame Ward but please consider heโ€™s being told to play it out from the back and that comes with risk and when keepers misplace a pass it will have consequences .ย
ย

We as a team sat too deep which with 30 mins left was always going to be a problem . With injuries we simply donโ€™t have the strength on the bench ,

whereas Celtic brought on subs that in transfer fees account for 10s of millions - thatโ€™s the difference .ย
ย

so yes itโ€™s a sore one , we have a team to be proud of which is why itโ€™s gutting.ย

Thatโ€™s probably the toughest test we are going to face so Iโ€™d say we have no need to fear any team, home or away. Of course we have to respect any opposition and will have to work for any points we get but we should be confident going in to every game.ย
ย  Improve our focus and decision making. Full squad back. Take care of those two items and we have a very real chance of finishing well up the table.ย

Least we can forget about it and look forward to Scotland matches now. It's still work in progress. Hearts will be gutted too. They think they can win the league.

Our game at home versus Hearts should be a cracker with a great atmosphereย

Will be. I'm hoping we can beat Falkirk at next home match if injuries clear up. Aldo worried Taiwando and Said may have injuries. Possibly Stama too. Hope we're not down to youth players in team and bench for Falkirk.ย

I'm as disappointed as the next fan but have seen it all before and many times at that. I wasn't expecting anything today. Just as I'm not going overboard about our new type of play I'm not going overboard about yet another defeat at Parkhead.ย

Wise comments.

I (really) couldnโ€™t have put it better myself.ย

I'm not going overboard about how we now play but I'd far rather watch what we are watching to the boot and rush shite we see far too often.ย  In days gone by fans would fork out ยฃ36 for zero attacks, zero shots and an endless stream of blooter it anywhere. Those who went today at least had something to get behind.ย

As bad as it was, I'm happy to let Ward away with that one. Until now, his passing hasn't come into question - it's mistakes with his hands which have been the issue. Hopefully a lesson learned for him and one he can grow from.

Another enjoyable game though it has to be said, even with the late defeat. It had a bit of the Hearts draw about it...in a great position and we just didn't quite know what to do with ourselves. Maybe Jens needs to add another string to his bow and get the team able to play low block, hoof it away type stuff when required.ย

We've also got to remember that's was not our strongest team.ย
