joewarkfanclub
Really looking forward to this as it will be another stern test of where we are at as a team. This Rangers team arent great, but Rohl has steadied the ship and has them as a far more effective unit than Martin did. If we can go there and get a positive result it will be another big statement in an already outstanding season. Looking forward to seeing how our midfield and attack fare against a side that doesnt sit in to frustrate. Have the feeling it could be a Tynecastlesque game! Ya Bezzer!
We'll need to defend set pieces. Ā That's a big part of their game right now.Ā

grizzlyg
JBA will have us going there with no fear. Be interesting as Rangers won't be sitting back like Dundee did so will make game more open.Ā I just fear about our forward line as they can't hit a barn door at the moment.Ā COYW

mio
We really shouldnāt have any fear going there, we are a better footballing side than them and they are very iffy in a lot of areas. Theyāve been stumbling through games but getting wins which is a little worrying but we should be going in there thinking will get something. personally Iād be overjoyed with a draw against both of them and a win v st mirren. Iād rip your arm off for that right now.

mio
A draw would be a good result for us and I think a draw in the other game would suit me too. Means Aberdeen arenāt picking up 3 points and getting closer and I donāt want Celtic to jump 5 points ahead of us.
texanwellfan
Nice goal from Hearts. Rangers main threat seems to be Fernandez from set pieces and beat player looks to be Moore.Ā im sure JBA will be more in depth than me š

Orinoco
Theres the difference between the top teams this season. Hearts front two score goals. They have also had a fair bit of luck. The pressure will be really on Rangers next week if they do get beat today. They cant afford to lose against us.
texanwellfan
Iām hoping Fernandez will get a red and Moore gets injured.Ā

Orinoco
Without the officials they would be sitting bottom six.Ā Set pieces and officials is all they seem to have. They certainly give up alot of space for teams to exploit.
weeyin
If we adopt a similar approach to the Hibs game, by applying pressure to their defence, we have a chance. That continues to be their weak spot. Ā

I think we notice it more when we are having so much possession, but if you watch a Man City game for example, even a beast of a goal machine likeĀ Haaland misses his fair share of "easy" chances. I remember when Roberto Baggio broke the transfer fee world record. We played Italy in a World Cup qualifier (at Ibrox) and he was put through clear on goal with enough time to pick his spot. He almost put it out for a shy.
